I am a dancer who was in fairly good shape, but wanted to lean out and gain some definition for an upcoming dance performance. Mike took the time to understand my fitness goals, and supported me to achieve those goals while working with my busy lifestyle, and without any strict rigid diets. I have been training with Mike for 2.5 months and am thrilled with the results! He is very knowledgeable and has a laid back attitude, which I very much appreciate. He listens to my concerns, and helps motivate me, which in turn boosts my confidence. I would recommend Mike to anyone, especially if you are already in shape but looking for that extra edge. I contacted Thrive Fitness after it was recommended to me by a friend that used their services, and all I can say is that I am very thankful to both, friend and Mike from TF, for making the quality of life after car accident, leaps and bounds better. Along with my chiropractor's sessions, Mike has managed to increase a range of motion and comfort in general to a level that I have not experienced in past three years. I would highly recommend Thrive Fitness to anyone.
Mike is amazing at what he does, he took the time to fully assess my body's movement to find areas of weakness and restrictions- Ater multiple car accidents, I've been having back pain at the gym whenever I lift heavy... turns out my left hip isn't so stable and is the reason for my low back pain flare ups... I still do my exercises diligently and my back feels the best it's ever been! Highly recommended!
After a few months of working out, I've gained more confidence in myself and felt more accomplished and still manage to keep up a healthy routine to this day. When I first started out with my trainer Mike, he gave me great and honest advice on fitness while helping me set goals on what I should start with in order to progress. I am happy to say I am very satisfied with my work outs. Mike has a very positive attitude, helps encourage me on work outs, listens very well and is attentive. He has taught me to know my limits. In my opinion if you want the best, Mike is the best.
I was struggling with chronic pain in my lower back for a few months before I started working with Michael. I had been to physiotherapy and chiropractors and neither helped. Michael is very attentive and knowledgeable and was able to give me specific exercises that targeted my trouble areas. Seeing him once a week has improved my situation immensely and would recommend anyone to see him.

My experience training with Mike is hardly summed up by this five-star review. Mike's positivity and attitude towards health and fitness carries over to all aspects of your life when you work out with him. He is very knowledgeable about diet and physiology and is constantly switching things up. His professionalism and positive attitude are awesome and really help to keep you on track, motivated and excited - even for an 8 am workout on a Saturday! He is exactly what I needed to kick my butt into gear. I have seen results much faster than I ever would have expected. Although weight loss was not an explicit goal, I've dropped a lot of fat and gained muscle. Just as importantly, he has had a huge, positive impact on my eating habits. I'm not on any crazy diet, just paying a bit more attention, which has led to a huge increase in energy. When working with Mike you are more than just a client, you are an athlete and a friend.
Amazing workout routines and great trainers
Mike gave me drills to target my lower back pain. On the mornings I start my day with them my back feels a lot better throughout the day. I sleep better those nights too. I also really notice when I don't do them.

I cannot say enough about Mike, his work ethic, passion for wellness and compassion for people. My 19 year old son started working with Mike a few months ago. He is struggling with transitioning to adulthood, down moods and low esteem. I knew from my own life experience that exercise would help and was excited that he agreed to giving working with Mike and Thrive a try. I can see the improvements already all around and have seen the positive boost of my son having a mentor like Mike. Highly recommend for any young men going through the same. I am an 18 year old girl and have been working out with Mike since I was about 16. He has taught me many things about how to properly work your body through certain types of movements and actions. He is always willing to answer my questions ( and yes, I ask him many) about how these movements help and why. He hand creates workouts to your own strengths/ weaknesses, and makes it a very personal experience. Mike is evidence and science based which is so important in today’s fast paced society where people can fall victim to anecdotal and potentially harmful approaches to fitness. He is a true teacher and wants you to learn to care for your body and get stronger. He does not push supplements, or other products and he doesn’t make you dependant on him alone. Kind, compassionate and DD Gorgeous ????????????. This friendly face can be found in the gym and is very approachable, he works with elderly women and men, newbies of all shapes and sizes, as well as athletes. Mike was my first trainer and I can safely say without him I wouldn’t be where I am today and I wouldn’t be able to recognize when my body needs a break, or when I need to re-evaluate my needs. Training with Thrive has been a unique and excellent experience. Mike is extremely knowledgable and able to translate my (modest) personal goals into results that I am really proud of. His approach to fitness and health in general is one that combines the realistic goals and expectations for everyday life with the realization that it doesn't take that much effort to achieve a lot more. As someone who has been semi-active my whole life without observing any noticeable changes in strength or flexibility, it has been so encouraging to experience the rapid changes in those areas where I didn't think change was really possible. Plus Mike is fun to work out with, even when he's pushing your for that last rep.
I cannot believe how incredible my assessment was at Thrive Fitness. I am a 60 year old woman and I have been very active all my life. Recently, I began to have some serious hip and low back pain. I went in for a session expecting to get some simple help from a personal trainer to go along with the exercises from my physiotherapist. I got so much more than I was expecting! Michael had knowledge that would rival many of the physiotherapists I have seen in my life. He was able to assess my back and explain how my low back was too flexible. Too much yoga over the years!!! After just a few stability drills, I stood up and my back pain was gone. I could not believe it. This guy is incredible! Mike has been instrumental in helping to relieve pain, increase range of motion and strength in my injured shoulders, by using innovative and unorthodox training exercises. His knowledge of how the body works is impressive and his approach holistic. Not only are we working to alleviate pain and return to normal functioning but also to build strength for everyday living. I highly recommend Mike for both injury rehabilitation and/ or personal training to work on general or specific strength and conditioning goals.
I came to Mike with pre-surgery goals to get strong within my limits. He assessed me like i have never been assessed before. The unique techniques and skills he has, are incredible. I walked better the very next day. Each workout is unique and challenging with even the slightest adjustment by Mike. I have sung his praises to everyone how great he is, but truly you have to experience for yourself how life changing it is to work with this guy! I have said to friends and family, Mike is so much more than a personal trainer..movement specialist.. nutrition expert...and beyond. He has eagle eye on every angle/movement, and makes the 'work' part fun...even at the crack of dawn ;) I've hired other trainers, gyms etc in the past and this was by far the most comprehensive and personalized experience thanks to Mike. Even as an exercise professional I feel there is value in having people on MY team to support me with my fitness goals. Struggling through some basic complaints about my routine, Mike Panarella was able to quickly identify the sources of my issues and made tangible realistic changes to my program that I was able to integrate right away, and within the 4th week of these tweaks I have experienced significant gains in my lifts, and translated improvements in my run speed, and feel great. Mike's coaching around his extensive knowledge and passion for physiology and nutrition have made a huge impact and so quickly! Before my first session with MIke I thought I had decent flexibility. I was pulling up and pushing a ton of weight on my lifts but would always have lingering pains in my hips, low back and hamstrings. Now after following Mike's program on hip mobility and low back stretching these pains are gone, flexibility is greater and the best part is I'm lifting more weight. Just shows how some minor tweaks make a big difference. I would recommend this for anyone.
It's 4.5 stars out of 5, not 4, to be clear. My experience with Mike has been positive so far. I feel that his training has improved my strength (arms, legs, core) along with my mind, allowing me to make greater contributions to my position, which involves a great use technology such as queries and formulas in Microsoft Excel.
I was referred to Thrive by my chiropractor for an ICBC case. I had been in multiple car accidents and needed active rehabilitation. I’ve worked with them over the past few months and my mobility and strength have almost been completely restored - maybe even better than before the accidents! They’re fantastic and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!
Attentive, competent and well connected
I had a major setback that required surgery a few years ago. I still deal with the repercussions today but Mike was able to provide me with a program that both suited my goals and also managed to strengthen the area where I had surgery.
My name is Sara and I am 22 years old. I was an internationally competitive figure until a couple of years ago and as a result I have a handful of injuries that were never fully addressed/healed. Before working with Mike, I became used to having stiff hips and waking up with pain in my back and ribs. Mike was able to create a training plan that focused on rehabilitation/functional movement while still making me feel like I am getting in a good sweat! For any athletes who have had to push through injuries throughout their career, working with Mike is an entirely different experience.

I am a middle aged mom who spent many years exercising with home dvds or group fitness classes and never got the results I wanted. I had my first experience with Mike at Thrive Fitness this week and was overwhelmingly impressed with his ability to assess where small (and large!) deficits in my strength and training exist. I've been given standard exercise and stretch protocols in the past to reach various fitness goals, and after careful assessment Mike was able to explain to me why they weren't adequately catered to my unique muscle anatomy. I'm a third year naturopathic medical student and sincerely appreciated his values of treating root issues and his approach to highly individualized patient-centered care. He developed a plan that took careful consideration of my patient compliance patterns in the past and I am already feeling my body challenged in new ways. I have been part of the Thrive Fitness community for more than five years. This relationship began when I needed to rehab my right meniscus at a time when surgery wasn't a viable option. Using a holistic approach to diagnosing and assessing the cause of my issues, Michael and the team developed a program that was tailored specifically to my needs. This program combined essential elements that included strength and functional movement training with every session tracked and monitored. In short order a pain I had lived with for years disappeared and has not returned. I continue to work with Thrive for my overall health and wellness both from a general well-being perspective and specific injury treatments (when it is required). Thrive Fitness have also been helpful in recommending additional resources when it necessary - I would never have considered osteopathy (which is amazing) where it not for them. Thrive is an importat part of my wellness team, I'm grateful to benefit from their expertise.

With Thrive Fitness' custom tailored plans and with expert guidance, I am really enjoying being back at the gym after a long break. Knowing I can trust the instruction I receive provides me with a great deal of confidence while performing various exercises as well. I've been training with Michael at Thrive for a couple months now, and it's been an awesome experience. I came into it wanting to get back into shape and address some lingering back/posture issues stemming from a weak core/posterior. Far too often in the past I'd try to get back into things myself and go too fast and unguided at the gym and I'd hurt something or generally be unmotivated without a plan. Michael was super friendly off the bat, totally welcoming of me and my fitness situation - it's clear Michael and his team are ready to help anyone from any walk of life, be it a current athlete or someone who hasn't worked out in years. In the first session Michael spent time evaluating my condition, mobility, etc. in a very precise and knowledgeable way. He quickly diagnosed weak areas (which I'd always suspected) in the hips, posterior, and core. He built a series of progressive stretches and exercises to address these weaknesses that we worked on together in some one on one sessions that I could then take to the Canada Games Pool gym to work out on my own time. I'd always thought going to the gym meant going straight to the bench press and bicep curls - Michael helped me understand what I needed to work on first and laid out the path to getting into condition to eventually get to those more "fun" exercises (e.g. bicep curls) which he does totally advocate for (to keep things interesting). All in all I'm super happy I started these sessions with Michael to get me on track with a kinesiology based approach to my conditioning and making my time at the gym SO much more effective and rewarding. At first I was checking in with Michael once a week, then every few weeks, now looking at once a month. I've never felt any pressure and Michael's been nothing but supportive and motivating. I scheduled my first session on a whim... I'd seen the great reviews and had been telling myself for months to schedule something. Super happy I pulled the trigger, this whole journey has really started me on the right path. So if you're on the fence... just do it!
Michael is no ordinary personal trainer. His expertise and vast knowledge of how the body works means I finally get to maintain my health, youth and vitality without stress or wear & tear on my body. Years of yoga resulted in an imbalance of rigidity and hyper flexibility in my body that have now been corrected - and so quickly! I like the easy progressions with maximum results. I'm stronger than I've ever been with no pain. None. Sleep and energy cycles have been restored. I highly recommend Thrive to anyone whose either a beginner in the gym or an elite athlete looking to improve their performance from best to even better.

I was in an awful MVA resulting in nearly losing my left leg below my knee among a host of other problems. Mike and Alanna had the knowledge and expertise required to help me regain the strength required for me to return to normal life. Coming from a background of fitness they took the time and care to make a program for me that would not only help me gain the strength and mobility i would need, bit would also keep me interested and having fun. The depth of knowledge and personability is second to none in the industry and i could not recommend Thrive enough to anyone.
Started seeing Mike as a personal trainer last Summer. He is extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness, and not only about working out. He gave me so many tips to better my health in many areas. If you are having pain anywhere - he will suggest ways to improve or strengthen those areas which is something that I really appreciated as my family has always had problems with our hips. I was struggling with extreme fatigue and weakness a couple months into our sessions and he recommended getting blood tests from my doctor and also recommended a few other ideas to help me feel better. We both decided it would be best for me to take some time off training to take care of my health but I can't wait to get back to training with Mike. He genuinely cares about his clients! A very nice guy also. Would highly recommend him to anyone at any age as he creates personal fitness plans specifically for your needs.
I've had horrible back pain for more than 30 years and like most people I've tried everything to remedy it: massage, physio, chiropractors, acupuncture, yoga, the list goes on. I can honestly say, I got more out of one session at Thrive Fitness than all of the other things I've tried combined. We went through an in depth assessment and Michael explained the findings of what he thought was the underlying issue. He had me do three (just three!!!) very specific strength exercises for my hip and then re-tested the assessment. I couldn't believe it. I could move my back without pain. Then he made sure I understood how to do the exercises perfectly on my own so that I could do them at home. He also reminded me to be cautious with the startling changes and that it would take time and work on my part for things to improve for the long term. If you are battling chronic back pain - do yourself a favour and book in for an assessment. It's different than just going to a clinic to have someone do something to you, like a massage. It's about actually learning how to take care of yourself and your body. I am so grateful and filled with hope that my back pain can be overcome. Thank you Thrive Fitness!
I've been working with Mike over the past month and have seen great progress, especially in normalizing my mobility and stabilizing my joints. I came to Mike with multiple long standing injuries and a difficult work schedule. I really like that Mike is flexible to make appointments with especially because my nurse schedule doesn't comply with normal weekly sessions. I'm also finding that the progress plan that Mike has planned for me is exactly what I need for targeting my balance, stabilization muscles and mobility.
I have so much respect for Mike Panarella. He is dedicated, understanding, and genuine. I'd been struggling post-partum, and he got me back to working out safely (even deadlifting again!). He is incredibly caring and will go out of his way to help you. He even went to one of my pelvic floor physiotherapy appointments to meet and discuss my condition with my therapist. He is also very well versed in both physical and mental health issues. Everyone should work with Mike!
If would be possible I would give 10 stars to Mike. He is an amazing trainer. I love the personalized program what he provides and the dynamic of it. I can never get bored on this program, because he always adds new exercises to it. He also checks your diet, and gives you ideas how to improve it. Just to see how much difference it makes if you are guided through your workout. When I did strength training on my own, with only 8 lb, I was knocked out for a week with muscle sore. Lifting heavier weights felt almost impossible. Now I’m doing dead lifts with 85 lb. Another good part is that he corrects your posture in every exercise; it makes a huge difference in how you feel after the workout. I never had muscle sore on his program. I love it :-) I highly recommend Mike to everyone who wants to become healthier. He rocks !!!!
I always considered myself to be reasonably athletic, but then kids happened and the dad bod started to take shape. I've been working with Mike and Carly once a week for the past eight months. They tailored a science-based program that constantly evolves as my balance, flexibility and strength returns. I feel great now. I'm playing my favourite sports as well as I ever have, and I see myself keeping up with my kids well into my fifties now. On top of everything, Mike and Carly are genuine good people who help me feel comfortable in the gym and keep me motivated to return every week. Mike is a great trainer. I approached Mike as someone that's been away from the gym for a long time, and he made things easy, and unintimidating for me. Really helped me with my mobility and flexibility. And provided me with a customized program for my needs, and change things up regularly to keep the workout fun.
I feel so grateful that I was referred to Mike first by a friend, a care provider who thought he would have the expertise to help with my rather complex musculoskeletal and neurologic concerns. I started seeing Mike 10 months ago and have not looked back. I appreciate his very patient approach as I struggled to build strength and balance in an effort to counter the instability which lead to multiple falls and near falls that I had experienced over that past years. It hasn't been an easy journey but Mike applied his learning from his neuroscience interest and helped me to begin "reprogramming" my brain to reduce the risk of falls. He combined the balance work with a carefully progressive dead lifting plan which was really helpful in ironing out my tremors, built strength and helped manage pain. I saw Mike weekly through much of my journey thus far, and I did my homework exercises. I now understand which movements will reduce pain and the ongoing need to practice my exercises. Mike has collaborated with other care providers so they know what I can and cannot do and for this, I am so very grateful. Onward!

Never one to casually submit online endorsements for anything but Thrive Fitness is a very worthy exception. This is a brilliant program and Mike's process has been transformative. Me? Check off the boxes - 60+ years old, wayback elite athlete in contact sports, MVA's, arthritis, no fitness regime discipline, contending with major pain and immobility that conventional resources fail to address. And so it goes. The FMS process Mike administers provided a solid launch to a painfree (And the man does not want you to experience ANY discomfort) exercise plan that's helping me build strength and regain proper movement and balance. Always attentive to my current stuff he constantly monitors, revises and implements new exercises, refers to select awesome clinical practitioners working collaboratively on my needs and continues to keep it simple and fun - with no judgement. And 2+ years later still disliking gyms but committed to his program, I'm playing a renewed level of hockey and working in a physically taxing post retirement landscape/gardening business. Could not be doing this without Mike And he's not a one note tune. Great warmth and humour, Mike's immersed in the psycho/emotional aspect, nutrition, our food delivery system and much much more - but no lectures. And for him red meat, butter and quality coffee are best, provided it's organic grassfed and the beans are $29/lb. Who could ask more from a trainer?
YOU GOT TO TRY THE APP!! First of all, I have to say that I just love when you have someone so passionate about what they do! Mike is just that and it made it so comfortable for me to talk to him about optimizing my training for a half marathon. He created a personalized program on his app and suggested I get into core training to help strengthen my muscles to support my running. I had no idea what to expect nor did I know the exercises he wanted me to practice. I always trained with a trainer or with a group of athletes. I was amazed how easy it was and it created such a comfortable experience as in the app you are able to see each exercise demonstrated by a model. It was like having your trainer in your pocket! Michaels help, I was able to make it to a comfortable and full half marathon run for the first time ever!!!! I am beyond thrilled about the experience I had with Mike. I was looking for a personal trainer who was not only going to instruct me how to pick up and put down heavy things but work on building a healthier and more fit body. Extraordinary team and highly knowledgable. I sustained lower back injuries from a motor vehicle collision at the beginning of 2020, my injuries had taken a huge toll on every aspect of my life. Notwithstanding seeking treatment, I continuously felt hopeless as I was not seeing progress. After my motor vehicle accident I went to Thrive for active rehab. I had the pleasure of working with Alana. She was extremely knowledgeable and made a custom rehabilitation plan for me. Every session I could see noticeable improvements in my mobility, energy, balance, strength and reduction of pain due to the car accident. Alana was always on time and super friendly! (Hope you master baking sourdough bread!!). Also have to give a shout-out to Mike who usually once per session would say hello, would check in to see how I was feeling and made sure I was preforming my lifts correctly. I felt very cared for and knew they wanted to help me not just get better but like the name of their company says to THRIVE!

When I first came to Thrive Fitness four years ago I was experiencing debilitating abdominal pain due to an illness I was diagnosed with. My name is Anne, and I am 82 years old. Mike has helped me so much overcoming pain and stiffness from osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. Before I started with Mike I had unpleasant pain and stiffness, mostly in my lower back, especially in the morning just after I got up from bed. I hobbled around for about a half hour before I could stand up straight. I also have weak arthritic knees. Unfortunately my knee joints are permanently damaged. But I have found that Mike really listens to me when I tell him an exercise is painful and he adjusts the exercise accordingly. He's a pleasant cheerful person to work with. Now for the most important news: I am virtually pain free all the time! I've continued to work with Mike because he keeps me motivated to get to the gym and work out. I’ve been pretty heavily involved in working out for the last 12 years or so. I worked with Mike over the course of four months to achieve some strength and aesthetic goals I had. Mike was super easy to work with, very knowledgeable and cleaned up my form immensely. I added 35lbs to my deadlift personal record, 25lbs to my front squat and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. I thought I’d give Thrive a try when I decided to take long distance running seriously again. I’ve always been into long distance running but terrible at getting in any cross training to help strengthen the muscles that get over used or under used. When I started I didn’t really know what to expect as I had never really gone to the gym let alone with a trainer, but let me tell you when I say they made it sooo easy and created such an amazing experience for me ! Along with Carly and Michaels helps I was able to make it to race day, for the first time ever, without obtaining any running related injuries ! I am over the moon about the experience I got with Thrive. Both Carly and Michael are very easy to talk too and have an obvious passion for helping you achieve your fitness goals. 20/10 would recommend.

After years of chronic pain as a result of a series of accidents I realized at the age of 57 that things were not going to improve unless I made a serious commitment to my own health. In 2013, two car accidents resulted in an aggravation of symptoms to the point that I was unable to enjoy many of my favourite activities. I had been referred to try physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic adjustment, IMS, acupuncture, prolotherapy and active rehab. Temporary relief of symptoms was all that I managed. In late 2017, after having to leave work because of my deteriorating physical health I took a leap of faith and went online to find a personal trainer with experience working with injuries like mine. In finding Thrive Fitness I got way more than I had bargained for. After an initial consultation, Michael recommended I contact an Athletic Therapist, Darren McConaghy at Engineered Bodies for some additional treatments that would work in conjunction with the program that Michael designed for me. Four months later I am absolutely astounded at the direction my life has taken. I have my own personal “team” who work together to ensure that I continue to improve at a healthy pace. I actually look forward to the gym. Michael is constantly updating and adjusting my program to keep it relevant and Darren's therapeutic treatments have enabled me to regain movement in my neck, back and hips that I had assumed were gone forever! I was looking for a trainer who could meet my fitness and nutritional goals. I was very interested to learn that Michael is a rehab specialist. I have dealt with a hip condition and he's the first trainer I've had whose been able to work with me so I wouldn't be in pain while doing certain movements. So If you are looking for a trainer who knows a lot about how the body functions and who can design a program that meets your fitness goals then Thrive is the place for you!!!

I have never attended an exersise facility like Thrive . It is unique. Completely different. The concept is completely different than any other gym I've every been to. The staff will teach you exersise technique that will not only get you fit but do it in a way that will help solve injury problems that you've been carrying around for years. The staff has unbelievable knowledge. You will learn things that no other gym will ever teach you. Furthermore , you will get fit pain free. Forget about "no pain, no gain" I'm 53 and have been working out my whole life with the no pain no gain mind set and I'm paying for it now. This guy is the real deal! As an ex college basketball player with lingering injuries Mike was able to get me back on track. Addressing my lower back issues, Mike studied how I moved and analyzed my strengths and weaknesses. Mike is a perfectionist, making sure I did each exercise correct and making small tweeks to my form to really activate the target muscles in my legs and back. I am a 56 year old woman who has always embraced fitness as a way of life. When I was younger it was more about looking good and keeping weight off. I am a 66 year old retired teacher. I always enjoyed doing aerobics, yoga, and golf. In 2015 my back got to the point where I had to have 2 back surgeries. The recovery was slow and depressing and I felt like I would basically remain a partial invalid. Physiotherapy or massage wasn't really helping. Then I tore the miniscus in my left knee. That is when I decided to get motivated and find myself a personal trainer. Luckily I found Mike Panarella from Thrive Fitness. Since Feb of 2018 he has designed a strength and stretch program that really works for me. My knee is 95% better. He helped me realize that workouts don't have to include strenuous exercise but can focus on muscle and bone strengthening. I am no longer paranoid about re-injuring my back. I have been a police officer for more than 25 years and have spent the last 17 years working with the dog squad. My job and lifestyle are extremely physical and fast paced. Multiple major surgeries and medical complications have threatened my ability to continue the work that I am so passionate about. Years of physiotherapy, massage and IMS have relieved some of my pain but have not been able to progress the rehabilitation process. After leading a fairly active lifestyle in my teens, I now have an office job and thus a more sedentary life. I went to Mike to generally help me get into better shape. Having gone through 2 major injuries in my 20s (ruptured both Achilles on 2 different occasions), I was a little nervous about hurting myself again. Rather than provide a cookie cutter exercise plan, the first thing Mike did was go through my history (sports, injuries, current lifestyle etc.) to gauge where I was at and where things could be problematic. He then screened me for my ability to do various movements (FMS). It was clear to him that my body was not functioning properly and required clinical assistance. Not only did Mike refer me to a physiotherapist, but he was in constant communication with her about my progress. I also saw a registered massage therapist and an osteopath to help get me where I need to be in order to train safely. Mike was an integral part of this team, bouncing ideas off each other which really helped me with my improvement. Without Mike, there was a good chance that I would have seriously hurt myself again. His recognition of my issues and willingness to work as part of a team has kept me training safely and effectively. I could not recommend him enough to people of any physical ability.
I have been seeing Carly and Mike for a few months now and have seen great progression. I had ACL and Meniscus surgery in April 2019, I was going to physio 2-3 times a week and felt like I was not getting better or stronger. That honestly changed after seeing these two.
