Before No BS Physique took off, I was fortunate to have met Sam at a fitness and nutrition expo in Sydney. Her warm and nurturing personality saw something in me. Through talking to her over the two days, she was able to help me come to terms with the things I've been in denial about, where my health in particular was affected. Some of the websites that I have read, makes macronutrient sounds so scientific that the thought of reading about it, is off putting. Sams version on the other hand, simplifies all the jargon, making the learning experience pleasurable, makes you excited to start tracking and achieving your goals. It's been three years since I've been following her guidance, I'm 10kgs lighter, I am maintaining that weight and whenever I go off track, Sam is always there to provide assistance with helpful tips and tricks. Thank you for everything you've done and is still doing for me! You're awesome!
