I love Burn Conditioning because the classes are dynamic, informed and fun. Mindy is exceptional at making sure everyone gets workouts that are smart, challanging and catered to our individual goals. She also works hard to make sure the space is inclusive and safe for folks. She is especially amazing at making sure the smart training and proper technique is valued over ego flexing. My body has gotten so much stronger and resilient and I have so much more energy and focus for my day when I get to work out with Burn Conditioning. THANK YOU SO MUCH MINDY

I don’t live in New West, but I regularly commute to work out in the New West studio, which is a great environment. I love the gritty boxing sessions in the basement that combine elements of training to improve strength and conditioning bespoke for boxers, and the personal training upstairs in a bright and airy studio are fantastic. The experience I’ve had with Burn Conditioning under Mindy’s coaching has been unparalleled to any other fitness experience I’ve had. Each class is different and each personal training session is detailed and focused with your fitness goals in mind. There are a lot of fitness opportunities in the lower mainland from generic gyms to personal training, but this is by far the best on the market and will produce the results you’re looking for.

I mistakenly booked this location, and it is a smaller location than the Burnaby. However Mindy really gives it her all when training her group classes. There's nothing much I can say more than my other review on her Burnaby location one. The only downside is that New West has very little free parking but if you live in the area, then she is the go-to to kick start your fitness journey or workout challenges outside of your gym routine!

I started training with Burn Conditioning in New West at the end of 2020, after a friend’s recommendation. I hadn’t worked out in 2 years and was feeling nervous. Mindy was very accommodating with my fitness level and super encouraging. She dedicates times to everyone in the small group training and customizes workouts for all different levels of fitness. She definitely pushes you to do better, try harder, and corrects your form. Mindy also teaches boxing in the basement of the New West studio. Don’t let the rugged basement fool you, it’s a fun/tough workout! Mindy demonstrates footwork, jabs, hooks etc. – she will teach you the fundamentals. Her boxing classes are a great all around, full body workout. Mindy has a no nonsenses attitude but a sassy sense of humor, which makes every class fun. She’s passionate about health and fitness and cares about our goals and transformations. She’s always checking in with us before each class starts to inquire about how our bodies feel, and if we have any specific requests for the class. Each class is challenging but you’ll never regret it! All the Burn members are welcoming and supportive, there was definitely no reason to be nervous.

Literally the best workouts with Mindy at Burn Conditioning! Mindy has such an incredible gift for knowing exactly how hard to push you, even in a group setting. She is able to use the studio in New West to offer dynamic and challenging workouts that are unique every time. She has the unique ability to be both pushy AND supportive so you are driven to do your best but you never feel inadequate or inferior. And everyone that works out with her is equally encouraging and motivated. Just the best possible way to spend your time and money. Do yourself a favour and try her out!
