Rich is the best coach I've had, from making sure I've got the right techniques to avoid injuries to nutritional tips that helped me lose over 30 pounds. He is a dedicated gym owner that breathes passion and dedication to their members and community! Also, its nice to workout with top of the line equipment ;)

Excellent place to workout. The owner is amazing (Richard), no matter what fitness level you’re at, you will learn and improve. The workouts are fun, the fellow members are always inspiring. The trainers are super nice and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals.
