Good assortment of cardio machines, free weights and machines. Nice sized gym, clean. Nice spot to train with a friendly staff.

It would be nice if they have more equipments and if we can use it for 24 hours other than that it is good for area like this .

A good gym, plenty of free weights, machines and a cross fit room. The gym also has an upper level with cardio equipment. They sell some supplements at the front desk and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It's usually not crowded and there is plenty of space inside.
