This hotel is beautiful and clean, and they have two fire pits outside that can be used. They offer a pretty good free breakfast. They are dog friendly and do not charge a pet fee. They have a nice bar there, but they close super early which was very disappointing. We had to taxi to town to go to a bar. Also this hotel has no pool. I would say this is more of a golfers hotel.

Great service, but there was hair on one of the beds. As soon as we told them about the hair they changed the room with in 5 minutes. Breakfast is served at 7am and there is; breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea, water, muffins and toast. Its a brand new place. Awesome hotel

As a travel agent I work with high end hotels daily. My experience here was everything I would have expected when I send clients to a Fairmont or Waldorf Astoria. The staff is fantastic every time I stay.

Very nice room and comfortable bed.

Horrible, always check the sheet, pillow and comforters. They have yellow and redish stain and lots of hair. Then they transfer us to another room. They are still dirty, but only one bed has red stain so we just ask for another clean sheets because we dont want to get transferred again, then we use the sink to wash our hands, guess what, the sink is clogged. Wow really horrible. So we decided to transfer to another hotel and ask for refund because its really horrible. Sorry but Im just telling the truth. No exaggeration what so ever.

Very nice hotel and has pet friendly options, cell reception was spotty in a spot or two, but overall lovely. Has a bar right on the main floor with the lounge, very pleasant

Really nice room but not 100% clean. We found sticky spots on our tables, small trash, no backup toilet paper, no glass in the bathroom. Feel like they pickup the essential and thats it

Beautiful view from our room, friendly staff, and very comfortable bed. Also was pet friendly (allowing dogs over 20 pounds) which was a must for us while traveling with pets and surprisingly not that easy to find. Only downfall was the shower wasn't very clean and one of the towels was covered in stains. Overall it was a nice stay and we would come back again.

Accommodating at check in. Helpful, friendly staff. Close proximity to everything! Dogs stay free, poop bags on site and convenient garbage location. Restaurant on site with delivery service was a plus. Outdoor patio Fire pits overlooking the pond

I'm assuming it's the only attraction in the capital of the province. Great hotel and great amenities. The firepit by the pond behind the building is an amazing feature. Their breakfast menu is not the most functional but at least it can be warned.

The sound proofing in this hotel alone makes it a bad experience. Kids screaming, stomping and pounding on our walls for literally hours. Complained 3 times and it didn't stop until they checked out. There is zero soundproofing, the vents carry sound, and there is a 1 inch gap under the door that allows sound to flow into every room. On top of that everything being white just showed the dirt all over the bathroom. Shower only 50% covered by glass with no shower curtain, water leaks out everywhere. Front desk only answers 1 in 5 phone calls, had to call externally to have a simple question answered. For the price, would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat. Linens and pillows were the best part of the stay, unfortunately.

Upon speaking to staff they did advise me that there will be a pool built. Covid set them back as the project was supposed to be this year. Other than no pool what a fantastic hotel, comfy rooms and great staff!

the sink was plugged, i called once and talked to the reception once , i was there for 2 days, gone all day, got in late at night and it was never fixed. one thing i hate is a clogged sink, had to use the tub to brush my teeth.

The hotel bedsheets were a bit dirty.

I want to commend the staff for such an enjoyable stay. My husband and our 1 year old had decided to stay at this hotel fleeing our local home due to noisy forestry operations that was keeping our son up all hours of the night. We came seeking refuge and did we ever find it! The room was very tidy and super clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and we all slept beautifully. We ordered room service that night and the burger, fries and wings were just to die for! The next morning we were greeted by a very lovely and kind waitress who took extra care in serving us what ended up being even more incredible food! My son had oatmeal with berries, my husband had the smoked salmon eggs benny and myself, the blueberry pancakes. The presentation of the food was spectacular and we couldn’t stop complimenting the chef on the delicious food that was prepared with the greatest care. We encountered a very friendly and welcoming fellow taking care of the rooms after people had checked out on the second floor who made us feel right at home. We were able to bring along our furry friends which made the stay even more comforting. This hotel is second to none in Fredericton and I highly recommend everyone visiting the city or otherwise to stay at this lovely establishment! Kudos again to the staff making this hotel the absolute greatest!

My room walls were marked up, I had a towel that was stained or still dirty. The room looked to be used a lot and not as clean as I expected.

We stopped here for one night and stayed in the king suite - so much space for the kids and so clean. They really thought of everything you might need (including a loofa and a sanitizing wipe for remote controls!). Restaurant was too expensive and didn’t have many options that didn’t include pork or alcohol so we bought food from sobeys and ate in the room - otherwise would have been nice to order food.

Clean rooms, awesome tv Frozen pond around back of hotel was shoveled In to a very fun skate path. Really cool to have the kids arcade, bowling alley and gym right next to it as well. Very nice placement. Only thing that could use improvement is the breakfast. Typical cereal and yogurts but very nasty breakfast sandwiches. Otherwise very happy with the experience

We spent 1 night only but our overall experience was quite good. The Kingswood entertainment center was closed by the time we arrived so we did not do much except relaxing in the room. Breakfast options are pretty limited. Rooms are neat.

Overall, a very pleasant place for families, business people, with a fantastic staff all around!

Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. The ready to go breakfast sandwiches are perfect for when you are on the go. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

When we checked in Mackenzie greeted us with a smile, recommended places to eat and truly made us feel welcomed. Clean, large, modern rooms overlooking the Kingswood Golf course. Modern entry way and dining room. Great decor! Delicious breakfast options - lobster eggs benedict - yum. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate our wedding anniversary in a special way. Close to highways and 10mins from downtown Fredericton. Would recommend for families and friends

We stayed here for 2 days in August 2019. We loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were lovely, modern and clean, staff was amazing and food was great. We would definitely stay here again.
