I have been a client for eleven years and my life and body would not the same without Cara and her incredible team of women and Precision Pilates. Two pregnancies and one serious motor vehicle accident and the team of teachers brought my body to a place of strength and stability that I hadn’t had before. Precision Pilates has changed my life! The instructors are all excellent and very knowledgeable , the studio is also is top notch! Lots of great equipment.
