STILL NO REVIEWS OR EVALUATIONS

We live in Fredericton but stayed here for a night during Labour Day weekend as a treat for the kids to enjoy the waterslide. Everything about this hotel deserves a 5 star rating - the rooms, pool area, cleanliness, etc. - but nothing more so than their staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Moe at the front desk in particular was amazing, a real asset to the hotel. Will definitely be returning!

Arrived at night in January and the older guy working reception was a gem. Super friendly and accommodating. The next morning some young sarcastic punk was working at reception. I've never been spoken to so rudely in my life. The kid looked like he was 15. Way too much confidence and not enough education or life experience. Terrible combination apparently. Easily the most unprofessional receptionist I've ever dealt with. If not for horrendous receptionist in the morning I would have given five stars. If not for amazing receptionist the night before I would have given one star. What a difference a day makes. Otherwise rooms and breakfast were great.
