Very nice gym. They are surely nicer gym's but this one is closer to people around here and has a field house. Even though it's situated on base, it's open to the public.

Huge gym with lots of different equipment and rooms for everyone! Not only do they have a regular weight room with a couple of squat racks, they also have an indoor running track with a couple more squat racks in the middle and a few different courts you can set up to play in. They have cardio machines along the main entrance plus a whole room full of more machines! Would definitely recommend coming here to get your gainz on.

Kept getting hunted down and tracked down and harassed by staff during all of my visits and was asked to leave for using anything CrossFit related because they didn't want to accept my previous weight training course at a CAF fitness center even though I am a high performance athlete. Equipment is poorly cared for and unorganized. No women's change-rooms starting June 11-2018 however the men's still get their own change-rooms. Terrible gym. Never stepping feet through those doors ever again.

Good gym, get to get your respective pump on. That said, please include communal chalk and air flow. (Or don't whichever) Timings open do not match up on social media. (Psp connection, Facebook and whiteboard at gym don't line up). Recommend an updated schedule attached to door for people who show up after hours and wonder when you are actually open. Humid as all hell in there.

Always seems to be super busy , but it can't be helped. Good price for membership for what they offer. They've recently gotten a lot of new cardio and weight equipment. I have everything I need, no complaints from me ! Staff is usually friendly. The building is clean and there's lots of parking around the building.
