His new hotel looks to be a quality establishment. Staff was very pleasant and the rooms were very well done. Not sure about normal price value as I had a hotwire deal.

We have stayed at the Four Points Moncton on several occasions and are always impressed with the efficiency, politeness and overall concern, by all the staff we have encountered, for the comfort of our stay.

Quiet, very clean rooms, and close to major shopping outlets. What more can you ask for?

Stayed here twice in the last few weeks. We were travelling with our pets and were happy to have the pet friendliness of this hotel. Although the staff was unhelpful (specifically Jennifer from Oshawa) and we seemed as though we were bothering them the first night we stayed, we carried on through our trip. We stayed again on the way back and were greeted with roughly the same staff, the gentleman at the front desk on the afternoon of the 22nd of June, received what seemed to be a crank call at the front desk and began to tell all the customers coming in about the call and how funny it was. Personally not interested in the fact that someone called the hotel to ask if there were hookers/porn stars on site, to each their own I guess, this went on for quite sometime and was still going on when my husband and I went out later on. Great hotel, well appointed rooms, and clean! The front desk staff leave a little to be desired but the hotel was very nice.

Outstanding in all areas! Over and above the property which was clean, my room nicely updated, comfy bed all of the amenities one would expect was the surprise and delight I experienced over the course of my 5 day stay. Over the top extraordinary service experience from absolutely everyone. A special shout out to the entire team at the restaurant Mavericks where we ate all our meals. Each one amazing and again fantastic service! What a special and memorable experience you created. Thank you!

We went to Mavericks for my birthday dinner. The staff was amazing and the food was perfect. The price was a little on the high side but the main course and appetizer made up for it. I got the apple pecan dessert which was subpar, my wife however had the brownie and said it was great.

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs has amazing food.

As an SPG member ,I was recognized by the hotel staff. I also noticed that other customers[ not SPG members ] were well treated and had all their questions answered properly and professionally.

Did not get my deposit back

After a long drive it is always a pleasure to get to this attractive (I have taken photos of some of their decor to try to recreate) and clean, and very comfortable hotel. Our dogs are greeted warmly, usually with treats, always with smiles. There is a restaurant that has excellent waitstaff and it is very comfortable.

Overall great place except for the deposit surprise and no complimentary breakfast.

We were given beverage vouchers and ordered domestic beer and wine but were given beer in a bottle and a larger serving of wine which I did not ask for and thus were told we could not use the voucher! The waitress and hotel receptionist did not seem to care so left a bad taste to an otherwise good experience.

This is a monthly stopover for me for work travel and I’ve always been extremely happy with the service and level of quality that this location offers. Restaurant has an excellent menu and good food, overall welcoming atmosphere, clean and modern.

We often stay here when in Moncton overnight. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the rates are reasonable. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants, and not too far from the downtown entertainment area. This most recent stay the air system was extremely loud, but it's the first time we experienced anything less than excellent with the rooms.

Great hotel and great restaurant downstairs. They have a gym and their rooms have a stand up showers. Free WiFi for the duration of the stay and high def TVs in rooms is also a plus.

Friendly and helpful staff; very clean hotel with comfortable accommodations. Although the menu looked good, we didn't eat in the restaurant as it was too expensive. The choice of wine in the bar was very limited, and expensive for the quality. We wouldn't stop in the bar again.

I travelled from Saint John for a business meeting at Maverick's Steakhouse & Grill inside the hotel and the first thing I loved was how easy it was to find and how quickly O was able to get there from the highway. From the outside, the building is beautiful and the grounds and parking lot are well kept. Inside the lobby, everything is modern, clean and inviting. There are public washrooms off the lobby which are very clean and bright. The staff in the restaurant went above and beyond to make everyone in our group happy and the food was delicious. This a great location for meetings in the Moncton area. Lots of options for meeting rooms and plenty of free parking. The staff are always willing to help where needed.

I gave a two Star rating due to customer service. I called and requested a couple of pillows and a blanket, two and half hours, I had to re call and ask again. The next day I called and asked for extra towels, and never received them.

I'm a Starwood points person and this is their only location on NB. Located away from downtown so need to drive around. There are shopping plaza (big box style) close bywith Costco and some restaurants. Also a 24/7 GoodLife. 10 min drive to main St.

Soap scum and hair in the tub, urine stains around the tub and toilet, and hair found in between the sheets in the bed. Requested hypo allergenic pillows due to allergies and received feathered Pillows. Decided to leave. Was offered another suite. Declined it, and was given a full refund.

I have been to many four points around the world including other Starwood hotels Thé checkin at this place went very Smoothly . The staff are very knowledgeable and are aware of Starwood members benefits. Rooms are clean and hotel is close to all the amenities. Specially the guest services supervisor (Christopher Byram) has impressed me with his genuine hospitality and courtesy. My request to the management to put in an indoor pool this is the only thing we were missing. Keep up the good work , I will Defintely come again

We stayed at the Four Point Sheraton Moncton on Sept. 9th for a night away for my birthday. We arrived at the hotel around 11:30 am just to check in not expecting to get our room. We were pleasantly surprised not only to be able to get our room but we had been upgraded to the King Deluxe room. I had mentioned to the girls at the desk that I was away for my birthday which is the 13th. When we got to our room we got a knock on the door with a gift from the staff and a birthday card signed !! This is something I never expected or heard of before! The rooms were great, the staff was excellent and friendly. We were leaving the hotel Saturday night to attend the hot air balloon festival in Sessex as it started to rain. The girls at the desk ran out after us with umbrellas just in case we needed them! Would highly recommend the hotel but not the restaurant

Room was clean and staff was friendly. After I checked out and left, I got an email accusing me of swapping pillows and taking theirs. I dont travel with my own pillows so was very confused. I had to turn around and go back to straighten out is issue. It was resolved but I probably won't stay there again because of this.

Bed was nice, room was nice, clean. Did not eat at the restaurant/bar but it looked very nice inside. We had a work event. Conference room was great, and the food provided for lunch by the hotel was far better than the food we had at previous meetings (at the crown plaza).
