Great location off the highway to rest your weary bones. Staff was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean and peaceful. Restaurant food was delicious. This is a must stay place if you want a great experience

very old hotel but very nice staff

I was on business in Edmundston and had a very pleasant time when in the hotel. Food was good and convenient with friendly wait staff that helped me with language since I do not speak or read French. Will stay again on next trip.

We were driving through from Quebec and stumbled across the Four Points by Sheraton in Edmundston. What wonderful luck. Beautiful spot, lovely room, restaurant was perfect. We will be planning a stop on our next drive through.

Nice and clean hotel, breakfast included but I think there are rooms also without breakfast.

Hotel is fine for overnight stay, however they really need to replace the carpets in the rooms with hardwood / laminate. The view is dreary have a look at the photo. But not here for sight seeing, great for overnight stop on the way to / from Ontario.

lunch food and service was excellent

Decor is top notch, service was excellent. The food however was just ok. My pasta in particular seemed to have been reheated? Definitely tasted microwaved or held in a warmer for a long time. Buffet quality.

My favorite place to stop for the night on the long road to Nova Scotia. We bring our dog with too.

Stayed with family of 3 kids during spring break and we were very satisfied with the staff, food and especially the cleanliness. They have recently renovated and the place is impeccable. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Thank you and thumbs up to the whole staff!!

This is my hotel of choice whenever I travel to and from my summer residence in PEI. It's dog friendly, restaurant has an extensive menu, staff are super friendly and helpful.

The staff had a very cavalier attitude when it was brought to their attention that the breakfast time posted on their web site was earlier than their actual opening time.

our family of 5 plus dog had a most enjoyable stay at the Four Points Edmundston. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We have already booked this hotel for our return trip home.

Great spot. Modern, and hip. Franks is great bar and grill. Pool and gym are perfect after a long drive.

Worst stay. The fridge was full of food from the previous guest. There was no body lotion, on decaf coffee peas provided and the tissue box was empty

Four Points is the best place to stay in Edmundston. For quality, service , and excellent food this is the place . After staying in over 26 hotels from the Maritimes to Florida in just over 2 years this is the best hotel by far . Sincerely Doug A

Cozy, clean, and just a high end hotel experience. A safe, shower/bath and TV await you with also a resteraunt downstairs called Frank's. Go there for a high end no compromises experience if you're in Edmundston or nearby.

This is a lovely hotel. It is extremely comfortable and we felt very welcome here. Good beds and shower - so important when you are on a road trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Flooding and road closures forced a change in plans and route. This hotel was our choice and we were pleasantly surprised. Good facilities and very friendly and helpful staff made the stay enjoyable. I would stay here again.

We were on our way to NL from Ontario and didn't expect to find a Four Points in Edmunston. When we opened our SPG app and found it we booked right away while we were in transit. The hotel like all SPG hotels in our experience was amazing. Great service, exceptionally clean lobby and rooms and great value for the price.

Stayed here a couple of times over the years. Still a nice quiet place. It's my go to place when I drive to the east coast. 1100 kms from home. Makes for an easy next day to NS and PEI.

Great hotel in Edmunston New Brunswick just east of the Quebec border.

I am more used to Sheraton in Asia which is a higher standard line but this hotel provide honest service and facilities. Check in was excellent.

It was a nice property. We arrived late and ate the the restaurant on the main floor. Food was ok. We were upgraded. The suite was really nice. Staff were friendly. It was good value. I recommend staying here next time you are visiting the area. Thank you.

You want high speed internet? That's $10 per day. Regular service in room is slow. Staying more than one night? Housekeeping is non existent. Towels not replaced. Room undone. Bottled water not replaced. Due to Covid? There's 2 car hookup at entrance for an all electric.

Hotel is a bit dated in terms of furnishing and flooring. Double check your room has been made to your request if you book online and have feather allergies. I requested a feather free room but did not receive one and it was too late by the time I noticed.

I was driving back to Halifax from Ottawa after Thanksgiving weekend and was simply too tired. I pulled over in Edmundston and had stayed in the hotels along the highway a few times, so decided to try this one. Happy I did! Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which was appreciated after a day in the car. Room was impeccable and staying a little off the highway feels like I had a real break.
