We paid for queen beds but got doubles. There was hair in the shower and parking wasn't included or breakfast.

I stay in Moncton for business and pleasure a few times per year and am always impressed with the Moncton Delta Beausejour. Highly recommend for business travel or vacation with the family!

Hotel was great, however pay to park and no breakfast makes for an expensive night when there are plenty of hotels in the city with free parking and breakfast included. Also it took about 1/2 hrs. to get out of the parking lot ( city run)

This was a great stay during a long road trip. My daughter really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was good. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. I really appreciated the quality of the room after staying in other hotels.

Lovely room but the television didn't work properly. Channels would skip and freeze mid show making it difficult to watch anything and we couldn't use our computer with the tv to watch our own movies. Complimentary breakfast buffet was very good.

Booked a room for my partner to have a nigh out away from the kids with her friends. I signed up for it months in advance requesting a side with water front, higher up & for a cot to be ready. When I got the room it faced concrete, was slightly elevated and no cot. At the front desk as I was getting the room I asked if the Cot was ready & the person behind mentioned they will let someone know and.... never did. My partner had to request it herself and later it came (I really wanted everything to be all set). The rooms are small & no breakfast... It is not bad just other hotels offer a lot more for the same price or less. Also it's a bit of an annoyance that you cannot get information or book a room with the people at the front desk... you can only do it online or over the phone (over the phone payment is not the safest..). The pictures online for the rooms are not clear shots of the room.. probably to hide how small they are.

The pool was excellent. I was expecting the room to be a bit more fancy for the price for one night. The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. The restaurant wasn’t that great and not many options for kids. So we went out for supper and breakfast.

Dogs barking and no cleaning service in rooms, had to request for towels daily at a 3 night stay

Car alarm going off repeatedly throughout the night just outside my room at the hotel, would not recommend anyone staying on this side of the building. Staff could have responded differently when reported, no attempt to make it right.

Great Hotel, clean rooms, fun water slide for the young and young at heart. If traveling with a trailer make sure to park in the very back of lot and in a position that you can get out of. Was stuck for 3.5 hours as we could not get our trailer out, we were surrounded by cars.

The hotel is great but the curtains are useless. I arrived around 2 am and was trying to sleep after the sun came up but it’s impossible, because the curtains are so short that they don’t block any light.

We had a great weekend stay at the hotel. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The PlayStation would not connect to the internet but that really wasn’t that bad because we got to spend more time together. Really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at the Delta Beausejour! Within walking distance to so many amenities and attractions in downtown Moncton, along with its modern, updated rooms and very stylish common areas, huge indoor water slide, heated pool and hot-tub....what was not to love?! it was a perfect place for our little family getaway.

I really enjoyed my stay. There are many options for restaurants close by and a nice park to stroll as well. I was with my two children so the pool and waterslide were a hot spot. I really like that the waterslide is open and separate from the pool.

My stay at the Delta on Oct 29 was great. The check-in staff was very helpful and offered to sign me up for their rewards program. They also made sure that I had a convenient parking pass to use during my stay.

My stay at the delta hotel was nice. Everything was clean for the most part and room service was responsive. I would've given it a 4 star is the washroom was a bit cleaner. The place is nice but if you stay for a while, it is not as nice as you would initially think.

Understanding times are very busy for everyone. But, the attitude of the front desk person was terrible. The first person I dealt with to book our room was pleasant and personable, the second person, would never want to deal with them again.

You will feel welcome unlike other hotels. They even gave the kids loot bags and cotton candy. Breakfast to go was great. They let the kids be kids and the parents had a chance to relax. Walking distance to restaurants.

Was there for my association's AGM and everything was clean, we'll prepared, and we were taken care of. My only issue is with their mid event clean up of the buffet during speeches. I felt that was a tad bit noisy during the event. Food was excellent and service was good.

I was there the weeks of the 21 January i couldn't sleep because of the plow beeping all night . They could pick up the snow in the day time. Also the room was really dirty like sofa haven't been clean in a long time as the carpet.

The Delta Beausejour would be a way to enhance any visit to Moncton, NB. The staff provided excellent service. The physical spaces are very clean and pleasant. You can enjoy an excellent meal at the Windjammer resturant. Everything about my stay was a very pleasant experience!

I stayed overnight during mid week. Seemed like a very busy but very organized experience. When I walked through the door everyone of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only bump in the road so to say was the remote for the tv was either not matched properly for the tv or very weak batteries as it had to be held at a specific height and angle to work. I was surprised and impressed that the TV was also on a swivel bracket so those with devices that connect via HDMI could easily do. I was on the club floor, and was told there was a lounge, but coming off the elevator there was no signage directing me to where it was. I found a set of glazed glass doors but again no signage of what was on the other side. Without knowing, I didnt want to wander the halls without looking lost, and trying to open random doors. I would have taken the offer on a free drink if I could ever find the lounge.

Absolutely loved our stay here!!My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and we were treated above, and beyond our expectations. When we first arrived there was an issue with our first room.They immediately moved us to another room.When the porter came back with our new door keys, they offered to move us up to the penthouse for free. When we got up to the penthouse Delta's staff helped us get all settled in and also showed us the suite in detail. We were also treated to having one of the staff bring us up sparkling water and strawberries dipped in chocolate later on that evening. What a treat it was for both of us, and we'll definitely be back.

The customer service was excellent, however, the hotel itself is overpriced for what you actually get. We got the king club executive room, which was on the 8th floor and came with complimentary breakfast, however, the complimentary breakfast wasn't hotel wide and didn't have half the selection as the best western (a cheaper hotel, which I find just as nice). The hot tub had too much chlorine and we had to get out because it burned our eyes (like sitting beside a pile of peeled onions, honestly) and to top it off the lobby was filthy & the bathrooms were tiny in the rooms and much smaller than the rooms at the Casino New Brunswick, which were honestly just as nice and 100 dollars cheaper.

Don't book here unless you are a Platinum Elite SPG rewards member. Disclaimer: I travel frequently for work and my standards are not that elevated, seeing as I travel to some remote places. That said, I am a Gold Elite SPG member and used to SOME benefits. 1) no free lobby coffee available to guests 2) in room coffee is terrible 3) on the second night of my week long stay the tv turned on blaring at 305am. My colleagues complained but were all reassured it was an anomaly and were looked at like they all had an extra head. It happened to at least 13 people... No one acknowledged it or offered anything to fix the situation. 4) On my last night the door next to the ice and refreshment room was constantly opening and closing, loudly, well past midnight, by people with no concept of quiet hours. I complained in the morning and was offered free coffee. Which I believe should be free anyways but...thanks, it was delicious. 5) The bath products are really good. Overall, being a Gold Elite SPG member, I am used to certain things by the Marriott chain and in the case of Delta Beausejour, they failed. Next time I won't hesitate to stay at the Marriott up the road, a short short distance away.
