I visited your store in Fredericton 2 years ago before attending my first Boston Bruins game. Usually when an employee asks if they can help me find something I say no, but I was on the hunt for a Jersey. I told the young man that greeted me at the door that I was going to my first NHL game and needed a Bruins jersey. We couldn't find women's so he helped me find a men's that fit me. I was very pleased with the customer service and friendliness of your staff

Went to buy sneakers but staff were clearly too busy socializing with one another in an otherwise empty store. By the time a staff member even acknowledged me I was fed up with waiting and was on my way out of the store. I would hate to see the service if there were actually other customers in there if they can't handle one person / easy sale.

They have a nice selection and are much quicker to help you out then the places in the malls. The prices seem to be good as well. They are my go to sport shop for sneakers and the kids recreational gear.

Wow! So excited that I was able to get all our summer shoes needed this year for the whole family, running shoes/sneakers, golf shoes and baseball cleats! Always have great service here, lots of young people to help out so that you never have to search the store for an employee. Great customer service at the front desk. Spur of the moment decision to stop in to get a pair of running shoes. Found a pair to try on but there were no disposable socks available to use. The store had run out but they assured me they had ordered more. The salesperson suggested that I buy a pair of socks so I could try the sneakers on....uh, no thanks. Second time in the store where service was less than adequate. Too bad.
