Our stay was fantastic. The front desk staff, Sam and Tabatha, made us feel welcome and made sure our every need was met. The location was great-making it easy to access the uptown area for food and drinks. The rooms were spacious and clean. Parking and breakfast were great. Snacks at a front counter are affordable!

Excellent staff & excellent service. Just finished a four night stay that had to keep being updated every day because I was unsure if we had to spend another night due to staying under hospital rates with love one in hospital. The front desk staff were very supportive and flexible due to the uncertainty of which day we would actually check out. The lady attending to the breakfast sandwiches in their continental breakfast area was lovely and friendly. Made me feel right at home like a ‘regular’ :) Thank you again.

Hotel is in a good location close to city center. Rooms were clean and were a good size.

Recently attended a 2 day training session here. Lobby, conference rooms and kitchen area were very clean and tidy. Everything was well stocked and the food was excellent. Ample parking and friendly courteous staff.

We always stay at the Chateau St John when we have appointments at the hospital. Recently I stayed while my husband was operated on. I found a needle on the carpet and took it to the front desk and they never offered a discount or even an apology. This was overlooked by the cleaning staff. We could have stepped on it. I expected to at least have had a discount.

Disappointed. A cloaked toilet and an AC that wasn't cooling our room. Front desk said we have to wait for a solution till the next morning because it wasn't possible to change our room. No management on duty either. Regardless of our bad experience, I have to recognize the room was spotless in terms of cleanliness and the view was amazing.
