I needed to find a place where I could be free practice Olympic lifting... I was welcomed with open arms to the Biometrics community. Great gym, great people! Definitely have learned a lot about my limitations and have been able to increase my strengths while setting lifting goals for the future! I even like the WOD's in a sick kind of way!

Crossfit Biometrics is a fantastic gym! The atmosphere is great and the coaches are very knowledgeable. The gym has a lot to offer: great location with lots of parking and opens onto the woodlot which is great for running, top of the line crossfit equipment, showers, air conditioning, bike trainers, etc. It is hard work but so much fun. Great group dynamic and personal training make me look forward to working out. The coaches really challenge you to push yourself and discover what you can do. It is definitely worth your time to check this gym out.

Before CrossFit Biometrics, I was doing Crossfit out of the Currie center without a coach or community and I didn't know what I was missing. After coming to Biometrics, I now realize the difference having coaches and a community makes. No matter if you think you're good, or if you need to get in shape, Biometrics will make you better. Come prepared to work! It's definitely the highlight of my day every day.

Came in to CrossFit Biometrics not really knowing what it was (heard about CrossFit but wasn't really sure about it..) I eventually found out that it's a place where the owners and staff take their time to know your needs/limits and figure out a plan so that you can reach your goals. A very supportive atmosphere combined with experienced coaches provides for a unique workout that provides results. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality experience.

CrossFit Biometrics is awesome for many reasons but here are just a few… 1. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and great at motivating you to push yourself to work to your maximum capability. They take the time to ensure that you are doing the movements correctly and safely and encourage you through the entire workout. 2. My experience at other gyms was that I had a set routine to do every time I worked out but at CrossFit Biometrics, the workouts are always different so it never, ever, gets boring. The workouts are always challenging but you work at your own level to get through it. 3. There is a sense of community at this gym that I have not experienced at others. The members cheer each other on and are genuinely happy for each other’s achievements. 4. You leave CrossFit Biometrics after every workout feeling really good about yourself and even though you are exhausted, you can’t wait for the next class.

Joined Crossfit Biometrics in June of 2012, after years of not doing any physical activity. This gym is exactly what I needed. The coaches are phenomenal and very motivating. I need that accountability aspect to keep me driven and focused. No regrets. I love the gym and it's team/family mentality. I would highly recommend anyone interested to come check it out and see for yourself. It's a great facility and conveniently located. See you there! :)
