Mix up of rooms during check-in and lost our luggage in another room due to an early check-in. Made up by offering us a suite. Overall nice room for the price we paid.

Excellent place to stay. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Beds are soft and extremely comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly.

When you go to a hotel, especially one that charges $200 a night, you expect a few things: a clean room, a comfortable bed and, in the Summer, adequate AC, and in the Winter, adequate heating. Sadly, the AC in our room shut off about 2;30, 3:00 AM and, no matter what I did, would not start up. It seems as though it was programmed to do so. I’d be curious to find out if other patrons have experienced the same thing. Other than that, which is important when you are trying to get a good night’s sleep, everything was fine.

Awful customers service, especially the manager Amanda. Rooms are disgusting looks like they have not been vacuumed in week. Very noisy also Would not recommend

we booked the Jacuzzi suite at this hotel for 2 nights. room was great and clean and everything was in working order and comfortable. I would consider this hotel again if i were to ever get another hotel room in Fredericton

Easy check in and check out. Good size, clean room. Nice shower with 2 shower heads. The bed is very comfortable with wonderful, plentiful pillows and great linens. It is the bed at Best Western that keeps me coming back. Breakfast begining at 6AM is early enough to enjoy and get to a business meeting on time. There is a variety of hot and cold breakfast food available including some healthy choices. The location is not great for walking to restaurants. Have to get into the car and drive though not far. All in all, a good experience

this is our go to for our weekends we need to spend in Freddy the beds are comfy usually supplied with a selection of different pillow types, it's location is nice and close to everything, rooms are nice and sound proof cannot hear the highway. room is always clean upon arrival, room with hot tub is worth the extra trust me...staff is always respectable and courteous
