The setting here is top notch, really creative movement. Quite a cozy space, my favorite gym to visit when I'm in the Kootenays.

You can climb there. Also a really sad photo showing that students need a food bank to eat and afford college at the same time. It's kind of freaky, some kind kind boring economic dystopia were in huh. Anyway lots of sweaty people with kids, and 20 somethings.

Found the set to be tough but so good, enjoyed every minute on the wall. The moves are strong and technical. I would say if your a climber coming through and you have time to stop... Do so... You won't regret it! Friendly staff and wonderful environment.

Very well run community climbing gym. When the old private climbing gym closed Nelson was without one for a couple years then the climbing community came together and through fundraising and lots of volunteer hours found a location, built a beautiful space, and reignited the sport locally. It's small and can get crowded but the routes stay fresh and the people are friendly and supportive no matter what level you're at.

Tried out their free climbing night for the kids, they had a blast it was clean friendly and a great environment, the prices advertised on their website were not bad either we may very well go back

Nice wall with tall boulder problems and short sport routes. Small floor area can be a bit claustrophobic when busy, but the route setting is good quality & frequently updated. Stiff grades!
