I am a novice in the practice of yoga and I am happy today to discover Amanda's classes. We are lulled by her voice and the live music of the hangdrum. We feel good, relax and safe. We hear the parquet crack under our feet and the light is soothing. thank you

Santé Holistic Health Centre is an inviting place of warmth and healing. Amanda and Seb are the perfect leadership team, with so much knowledge and learning behind them. Amanda's extensive dance and yoga background coupled with Seb's osteopath experience in France bring a refreshing and unique flavour to the health community in the Kootenays. The other practitioners they have included in their centre are also amazing...Jenn Keirstead...Chris Mansbridge... need I say more??

Found myself attending multiple classes a week and giving Amanda's awesome Contemporary Yoga and Dance class every Thursday, a try. Sante holistic health Center is filled with intuitive and skilled practitioners. Sebastian is who I go for with support for any health related issue. His palpation skills go beyond any traditional concepts. He has helped me work through concussion symptoms, impact trauma, birth trauma, postural patterns and emotional holding in my body. Amanda is one of the most present therapists I’ve had the privilege to work with. You know when your on her table her focus is no where else. She is firm but gentle and knows how to slowly work deep within the tissues. She can ease your aches and pains in a gentle relaxing way. Chris Mansbridge is a very skilled Chinese medicine doctor. He can help balance your muscle activation so that your body is supported in everyday activities. I choose Chris when I need support feeling stronger and more balanced in my everyday life. Carleigh Arnason has the gentle touch and rhythmic flow of massage to send you to another dimension when your on her table. She is talented at reducing stress and melting away the tension held within. I have not had the privilege to work with the other practitioners at Sante. If I ever need support other health modalities I trust to go to Sante for support.
