Hi. I had my assessment from Alex that was thorough and caring. She explained things properly and gave me sound reasons for her exercises and advice. I would recommend her highly. I am 69 suffering from sciatic pain. She came from a different angle than previous therapists and appreciate her novel approach.

I first saw Alex this summer after I hurt my ankle biking. Within a few weeks I was back on my bike and feeling great. So when I hurt my knee a few weeks ago, Alex was the first person I went to for help. Her caring and friendly nature combined with her knowledge and vast skill set made for a quick recovery. She prescribed me exercises that helped with not only my current injury but she also sent me home with exercises to decrease the risk future injury. Alex is an amazing therapist, I would recommend her to anyone!
