Just went to my first class yesterday and it was a great experience. Everyone was spaced out appropriately, the temperature was perfect (warm not too hot) and the instructor and receptionist were pros. Thanks for creating such a welcoming space!

Bambu yoga was incredible! I flew in from Ontario for a few days and wanted to hit up some classes, the 2 week pass was perfect and great value. They were extremely accommodating and kind. Thank you so much Kaila and staff, you made me week of self-care pure bliss!

Unfiltered Coaching

I tried their online yoga challenge pass for one month during COVID-19 when they weren't able to operate with a physical location. The pass was great value for money. A decent amount of class time and style options, and the online class solution they had was easy to use and looked well put together. 4/5 simply because I haven't actually been into the physical studio for a class, so I can't speak to the ambiance, vibe or customer service.

Love the place, only wish it had a full meal deal (yearly membership) equal to the memberships of hot yoga in Vancouver ($80 - 100) per month for a year commitment.

My first class here was a deeply relaxing yin class. A wonderful atmosphere, excellent teacher, and I found the temperature in the room perfect for this style of deep stretching (not too hot!). Looking forward to my next class already!

My experience with Bambu Hot Yoga has been nothing but positive! I have been with the studio for eight years and it has become an integral part of my life. Bambu has helped my body through the recovery process of a severe injury. The staff is welcoming, kind and talented. The facility is beautiful and clean. We have just moved in Nelson after crossing Canada in our RV, so we really needed take time for ourselves, stretch and relax. My wife and I each took the 2 week intro, and we've basically gone every 2 days or something, trying a bunch of different classes! We love the place! Heat level is perfect, the studio itself is inspiring and calm and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Oh yeah, and the music selection is the best I've ever heard in a yoga studio!

They are approachable, relatable, and knowledgable. The space at Bambu is inclusive and welcoming with such a chill vibe. If you are looking to further your personal practice, or become a certified yoga teacher, I would highly recommend the 200 hour YTT training at Bambu.

My girlfriend is a high end yoga instructor with over 3500 hrs of teaching hrs. We were staying with friends in Nelson and wanted a pleasant morning yoga experience so we stopped in to see the times and schedule of classes. When we walked I we were rudely informed before we even entered the foyer that they don't allow tourists in. I can understand the current situation with regard to COVID but the individual was very rude and condescending. There was absolutely no professionalism or anything yogi about the studio. We are looking at living in Nelson and sure hope the rest of the town is not as rude as this studio. Definitely smoke and hot mirrors at this place. Namaste!

Bambu Hot Yoga was a great experience for me! The studio is welcoming, the staff are professional and courteous, the instructors gentle, supportive, and offer modifications to help clients of all levels. I live in another city and have been spoiled, in the best way possible, by my experience at Bambu. I can't wait to get back and practice at Bambu!
