I can't express how grateful i am to have found Shanna. She is a personal trainer, but so much more. Not only does she guide you on how to build a better body, she is also theraputic, teaches you to relax and believe in yourself while simutaneously making you laugh and smile. She truly is a life saver. Worth every penny and then some. I will be forever in her debt for what she has helped me become.
