I've purchased a bunch of equipment from these guys. I once mentioned some wear on one of my units I'd bought more than 5 years prior. They made me aware of the lifetime warranty, ordered the replacement parts and bam! My unit is as good as new with no new charges and they made the process as easy as could be expected. Combine that with my many positive interactions with their team- this is a good business.

Amazing Service, thank you Pat and Dustin. My foot pedal fell off my spin bike, Dustin came to my house and picked up my bike and Pat repaired the problem and delivered my bike within a couple of hours. I am now able to do my virtual ride that same afternoon. I will continue to purchase all my home fitness equipment from Fitness Experience. The service is number one plus the staff are very polite.

When it was delivered, 2 young fellows delivered and installed it for me. The lead installer named "Graham" was absolutely fantastic! He was very professional, easy to talk to and answered all my questions thoroughly - I can't say enough good things about the professional way in which I was treated. I couldn't be more pleased with Pat and his crew. Bought a Rev Master Pro yesterday and transported it home on it's side. A small piece in the handle bar stem came lose and I couldn't get it back in.
