I finally made it out to the Air House Nanaimo. It is a amazing place with some really awesome trainers. I would highly recommend that you check it out and meet the amazing staff. I went there on a mission and they helped me accomplish it. Thanks Air House for being such a rad business and crew.

It’s a fantastic place for both children and adults. A lot of fun to be had and a lot connections to be made - such great opportunity for you to play with your kids if you decides to get in the fun with them. And the staffs are super friendly and attentive! Just a few suggestions: 1 Maybe schedule some of the classes together but eliminate drop ins when class is in action (especially for toddlers, I believe it was very distracting to see other kids running around when you are in a course so it makes the course less worthwhile) 2 Caught off guard on the charge for a pair of Gripping Socks (I don’t know if it is stated on the website but if yes, maybe should make it more visible so clients are aware) 3 Oh boy! The website - no need to say more lol

I wanted to go here for my friends birthday and we payed for everyone to go and we got there they said that we all couldn't go because we would all need our parents signature, but didn't tell us till we got there and that every kid needed written convent and the adult we came with couldn't sign off even if they were over 19. They refused to give us a refund and said we could only have a "credit" for the future because the session we booked was "already started". I didn't have a pleasant experience with this especially because the place in Vancouver wasn't as strict as this place and was way more straight forward with the instructions.

Great place to bring the kids on a rainy day. There is a place to sit and have coffee and they referee the kids. Couldn't get a better deal. Book online in advance. Drop ins sell out fast.

Our summer camp experience at the Airhouse was so extraordinary that I just had to write a review. My kids have been to a lot of camps. Many of them have been great, but the camp leaders here were far superior. We were welcomed consistently with genuine enthusiasm every time we walked in the door. At the end of each day I was told what my kid was doing and how he progressed. My son talked about it every evening and couldn't wait to go back the next day.

Navigating the website is a bit of a learning curve - the waivers get emailed to you for signature and once your account is set up, it's all pretty good. There is an air time and a drop in. We didn't understand the difference when booking on the website - It's 4 bucks extra per kid for air time (where you are allowed to leave the building). We paid that but my husband explained we were staying (There was no fee reduction offered- our mistake). Buy the socks for 4 bucks, it's worth it. To ensure no disappointment pre book your spot on the website. Time slots fill up fast. Looks like great organized chaos and who doesn't like a clean, friendly, happy trampoline park. Staff is attentive and friendly. Nicely done!

I cannot say enough good things about Airhouse Nanaimo! (but I will try). We recently had our daughter's 10th BDay here and were overly impressed by the staff and service. They literally took care of everything from the moment we walked in the door, the kids really enjoyed the food that was provided as part of the package too. I would highly recommend Airhouse Nanaimo for kids BDay parties. Are they perfect, no! But who is? Great job Airhouse, thank you for going above and beyond!

Surprisingly clean everywhere!! Nice room for the birthday area. Welcome, bright reception area. Short & sweet birthday from 12-1:45. They provide juice boxes, chips & salsa, plates and cutlery! They even allow you to bring your own snacks, food, and cake etc for the kids! Very easy, fun for the kids. Goody bags are cute with a water bottle and jump socks. They do all the cleanup! If only all Birthday parties were this easy!

My daughter looks forward to every visit to Airhouse Nanaimo. I would say she has easily spent over 100 hours there since they opened and she still gets excited to go back. The Air Crew are friendly and extremely helpful with the participants, showing her new tricks and offering pointers. We find the establishment to be clean and the staff very accommodating.

Nice clean place. Washroom is surprisingly clean though many are using it. Staff are kind and accommodating. My son enjoyed his Parkour class with Gram and now he's on the next level and still enjoying it. Carlson and Gram are great teachers. My kids also both love their Skateboarding class and keep looking forward every week to learn.

The Website for creating an account and signing a waiver is absolutely the worst and most frustrating experience I have ever had on line. Completely unacceptable.

Kids had a great time. Son was injured but was attended to in a timely and friendly manner. Would give 5 stars but it was a bit overcrowded and there was dry vomit on one of the trampolines. Would go again.

It's a better deal to get the membership. It's hard to jump with masks on, so we didn't go very often and lost out on our membership visits. But I talked with them, and they extended my kids' membership to allow them to use their visits, which was really great!

AWESOME Air House is 100% the BEST trampoline park i've ever been to the people are sooo nice funny and welcoming especially Bradley Matt and Troy. If your in the area definitely go to Air House you will feel great from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out

Both my boys LOVE this place.... And therefore, so do I. Easiest way to get teenagers (or any age) sweating for 2 straight hours. ;)
