Today I went to the swimming pool to take advantage of the free swimming on Sunday, so the employee did not allow me to enter because she says that I am not registered, knowing that I always go to it. Frankly, I did not like it, knowing that she saw my children with me. I hope that there will be cooperation with these cases

We went there for my youngest child's birthday party. The staff were very helpful when booking and they gave us a discounted rate on the admission price. They do recommend that you call at least a day ahead when booking a party. The changerooms were neat and tidy, the lifeguard was helpful. One child scraped his foot and the lifeguard was very helpful and attentive to the child. There is an area where people not swimming can sit and have a drink or snack from the concession and another area with tables where we could set up to have cake afterwards. The concession gave us a discount as well. The more you spend the higher the discount the give you. The concession also asks that you call at least a day ahead so they can be prepared for the amount of people and food they will need as they will allow you to bring cake but no other outside food or drinks. Bring your own plates, forks/spoons, cups and straws.

The kids pool is warm so that's great. There is literally always a dirty bandaid somewhere in the vicinity when I am there. (Sometimes just to watch my son swim). It's pretty gross. No one regulates the waterslide so the last time I went and took my 2 year old down with me, some kids came up right behind us. The hot tub is big and very hot. The sauna is a good size too. The swimming facility is big and adequate. I have never been to the ice side.

This is a great place for recreation in Moose Jaw. The facility is well equipped, including 3 different pool "areas", a hot tub, water slide, diving boards and a sauna or steam room (can't remember which, ha ha). There are also men's, women's, and family change rooms. The staff is friendly, caring, helpful, and competent.

Really like this pool but, the website said it was open on Labor Day and it was closed. We drove all the way from Regina to swim here. There was no note on the door and no message on their phone saying they were closed. A lot of people were very confused today trying to go swimming here. Tons of people showing up thinking they were open. Kids are very disappointed because this was supposed to be a treat before back to school. Shouldn’t be that hard to update website, place a note on the door or put a message on the phone so that people know if they are open on holidays!

Awesome swimming pool, has a hot tub, steam room, an area to swim lanes, deep end with diving boards. Very enjoyable atmosphere, good place to swim and exercise or relax. Gotta try the waterside next time, bring your own lock.

Staff do not seem to adequately control line ups for busy pool times. Not that friendly and seem under trained. Wash rooms and change rooms should be cleaned and mopped more often. Sone change rooms were missing locks. Pricey for services.

Beautiful facility for an indoor swimming pool, and water slide. Area is spacious and clean around the facility including the change rooms and pool area. Audience observation area is somewhat limited.

Me and my daughter have lots of fun here. Sometimes they have unannounced swim meets during public swim times so make sure you call first so you dont waste a trip

The pool itself is really nice .... although the change rooms are disgusting and very outdated the lockers are falling apart causing myself and my mom to get cut ..... do better moosejaw its unfortunate that this has ruined our experience and I will most likely not be bringing my kids back

Every time I go to the pool with my kids, I find something disgusting. The pool always seems dirty (floating bandaids and other people's hair etc...). The lifeguards seem disengaged. Last time I found a used tampon in the shower stall and that was the last straw. I haven't returned.

Online it said open on Sunday but got there and its closed so we wasted time and money coming from Saskatoon to go see it and I wasn't pleased. Do not advertise being open if you are not this is not acceptable if the province openly told businesses to open up.

Thank you Kinsmen!!! What a great place to burn off energy before bed, get exercise in the winter and even get a snack at the concession... bring a few loonies... skating also here... check it out for singles, couples or family... great place for staying active in the winter.

The amount of ridiculous rules are insane. I cant even bring my towel by the side of the pool to lane swim? And then making 2 people in a pool do the extremely annoying and pointless 'circuit swimming' wherein we are constantly watching for each other and in one anothers way instead of staying far from each other in two seperate lanes makes 0 sense. I was far closer to the one person I had to dodge having to swim in this way that they enforce. Youre just making people who pay good money to use the pools' lives difficult for 0 reason.

Have not been since I was a little child and now I'm back! Still rocking the diving board and splashing in the children's pool! They only have limited lockers to rent so bring a lock of your own if you want, safe to leave things on the deck as well!

Very dirty change room floors. staff is generally uninterested in helping and have a typical "I just work here, I don't really care" attitude that most City employees have. The ventilation system has not worked for well over a year now. Super stuffy and humidity make it hard to breathe while just standing there, let alone when exercising. The outside of the building looks as if the facility is abandoned.
