Dirk fitness is a great family owned gym and very well maintained. I joined Dirk fitness 10 weeks ago and trained with Joe for 6 weeks. He and the other trainers there are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It is a very friendly, inviting environment

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff at Dirk Fitness. They have everything you need for equipment. Plenty of space for stretching and floor workouts. The facility is always well kept and clean. It’s a great overall atmosphere to do any kind of workout.

Great place to workout. regardless of your age or physical fitness they have a plan for you. I started with Brandon as my PT and after 5 sessions I can feel the energy in my body and the strength in my muscles. At my age I do not want to be a fitness model, but i need to have some guidance to prevent injuries and to keep me in good shape. Brandon understands my limits, my goals and keeps me motivated to come back. Gym is open 24 hours which is great for early birds such as me.

I joined Dirk Fitness in October of 2020 and have been so impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness and the variety of equipment. I would highly recommend Dirk Fitness to anyone no matter what their fitness level or goals

The Owner Joe Dirk is super knowledgeable about fitness programs, personal training and diet programs. If you want to work out in a great gym and work with a personal trainer, Joe and Dirk Fitness should be your only choice!!

Reasonably priced, but that doesn't outweigh the flaws. They've had machines broken for over a month that have no sign of being fixed anytime soon, and a lack of enforcement when it comes to wearing masks in the gym including employees.
