If you grew up in moose factory there’s no way to knock on quick. Only place to get some big crunches and awesome slushys (speaking for 2021 March for the slush, you never know when they might cancel it.) and they use to rent movies where you could get the new releases the good ol days, so nostalgic love it. Gonna get a BCPT I used to call the Big Crunch poutine style

Gave this location a second chance after the owner reached out and fixed the issue of short filling the salads. This time, we had a very nice meal and were well satisfied all around. We like the fact that both kitchen and counter staff are wearing masks. However, since the customer area is so small and some customers just don't seem to get social distancing, I do wish that this location would only allow one group in at a time and have folks wait in their cars for their orders to be brought out to them. I do love a good feast of KFC, but would enjoy it so much more with the added confidence of full safety measures to protect us sensible people from the covidiots. Sorry KFC Picton that it puts more work on your staff, but we need to be protected when visiting your restaurant.

Prices have gone up n u get less food when there n when ordering a 4 piece with fries may have gotten 10 fries if lucky with gravy more gravy then fries was not impressed next time i will be checking inside box before leaving

servers had bad attitudes the food was cold and they refuse to accommodate reasonable changes to meals. I've been to many Kfc's across Canada and this one is by far the worst for service and freshness

We came from Toronto to enjoy our weekend at Prince Edward County. On our way, our group decided to stop at this KFC to grab lunch, and we experienced racism first hand. An older white, female employee was extremely rude, and racist, we were disgusted. We asked for extra Ketchup after buying $20 worth of food, and she acted as if we were trying to steal from her. I am extremely disappointed with her lack of manners. I confronted her on her racist behaviour, and she ended up just walking away. Words can not explain how disgusted we are with her lack of manners, and customer service skills. No one wants to see such disgusting behavior, she should stay away from these types of jobs if she has a racist mentally like it's the 80s.

If I could give it less stars, I would. The customer service at the counter is incredibly disappointing. The older lady, as well at the older gentleman are extremely rude and unprofessional. I suggest going elsewhere for food and spend your money where it’s deserved.

Decent place, good staff. Interiors are a bit dated though, get the 70s feel. But its clean and you get the same kfc burgers, can't complain when you're hungry and driving by.

BEWARE! This is a classic reason to read reviews before you purchase anything. I spent $60 on all this food for my family. I have been eating KFC sense I was a child. I have never seen pieces of chicken so small and fatty. I went in to complain and the lady said " We don't chose the sizes miss" The service was brutal. The staff there was not only crude but you could tell they hate their job. Slamming boxes on the table huffy and puffy and very short with customers. I will drive to Bellville to Mary Browns before I ever go here again. Lesson Learned!

Drove 3 hrs to visit the folks and stopped at KFC during a very busy time - 5.00pm to get supper. Ordered 10 pc bucket of chicken and potato salad. It was awesome chicken!!! You'd think KFC would be consecutive at other locations at other locations but it isnt. I literally dislike the chicken in the area we live. Way to go KFC - Picton! Keep it up.

Topical KFC. Nothing special. Very greasy, sometimes the gravy is spicy and other times it's great. My tummy can't handle spicy so I buy it and can't always eat it

Employee yelling at my daughter for sitting down in front of other customers after long tiring day at the beach. Because we spoke with an accent that proved we weren't from the area, we were treated differently to the other customers after us who were local. There was mayonnaise in my burger but I wanted some for the fries and when I nicely asked for some she said they don't have any but in a rude way. Lack of customer service truly am disappointed. But the food was very good and the bathrooms were very clean.

The people who were infront of us in line outside had been waiting for 20 minutes to go in (already had capacity of people inside waiting to get their food). Eventually, they decided to leave and go somewhere else. Fortunately I had ordered or food through the app, so our order was in queue and ready on time. However, the chicken was overcooked, my wife found a piece of fuzz on her chicken, the fries were almost tasteless. It was food, but can't say we enjoyed it.

Recently had a facelift with all new exterior window dressing, but the inside still is using all 15+ year old fixtures for everything. Had to wait 20 minutes for my food and the order was wrong. Disappointed.

We had an amazing service!! Sandra took our order and she was the best. They were out of popcorn chicken (what we initially wanted) but she went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied! Tim, the kitchen manager, was also super cool and let us have all the extras Sandra offered us. I really would love Sandra to get a promotion of some time because from my experience, she deserves it 100%!

Always liked A&W chubby chicken the best as it doesn't feel like you just ate a big meal. Today's chicken at KFC in Picton was good. Staff was friendly but they did forget the one small salad in the box.

If I could leave 0 stars......I would leave a -5. Took awhile to get my order. Piece of chicken were small and extremely greasy (not drained enough)......a chicken thigh had no more meat on it then a wing. Service was slow......no one else in there when I ordered. Have had problems in past but thought why not give it another try. They have definately not improved.

Rude staff. People who came in after us made special orders for buckets and got it before us. Both parties slipped the cashier extra money. If they think you are not local they are rude to you. This has happened multiple times. I am 'local but just don't frequent this place for this reason.
