I have been a Buzzfit member for a few years now....just recently changing my membership to Mtl-North. The employees during the weekdays are super friendly and very helpful whenever questions are asked. They also keep the gym spotless.I always see them cleaning. As for the weekend I would like to know why they are not. 3 weeks in a row now I have noticed the same filth and papers on the changing room floors during the weekends. I know some members don' don't pick after themselves which is a real shame as the gym is for all of us. I'm just questioning the weekends and if it is normal. Aside from that it's a great environment. ????

I wish I could put 0 stars. The woman with the purple hair doesn't understand customer service. Ive been a client at the L'acadie location since 2017 and wanted to go to the gym in Montreal north because my girlfriend lives close by. I recently changed banks and had a small balance of 30 dollars which I was willing to pay. However because of her stupid attitude and lack for customer service she rudely told me that I wasn't able to enter the gym. I dont understand why I couldnt pay the balance at this location or just pay the balance the next time I went to the L'acadie gym. The owner should fire this woman she makes the environment terrible!

They don’t have enough weights. If there is more then one person at the power racks good-luck. They have 4 power racks but only enough weights for 2. Owner is not very bright

Il met son parfum ou je ne sais pas c’est quoi... de l’huile ou wtv au sauna. Il y reste 2h facilement dedans à monopoliser le sauna avec ses parfums bizarres. Tout le vestiaire homme renacle avec ca, il faut interdire ceci et tout parfums au sauna, on est pas obligé de sentir et supporter ca. Le sauna est fait pour tous! Aucun usage d’effets personnels qui a de l’odorat doit être toléré... si ça continue je change de gym déjà qu’il est souvent occupé et tu meme pas t’entraîner

Seul probleme que j ai c est le manque d une station de deadlift, donc il faut les faire dans le rack à squat mais à part ca, que vous vouliez simplement vous entrainer ou faire du bodybuilding ou du powerlifting, le gym fait la job. Cela dit je vous le déconseille fortement pour de l'haltérophilie.
