I've yoga-ed all over this city and Vee is still my favorite yin yoga instructor! Her voice is soothing and her unique style of mixing yin, visualisation, meditation and attention to detail is what I dream about when my body and mind are in need of TLC!

Vee's yin class is amazing! She effortlessly creates a safe and healing space for students, where one can truly relax, unwind, and slow down. It feels soooo decadent and indulgent... but the best part is, it's healthy and also affordable! So you can feel good about spoiling yourself a little! ;)

Vee has the amazing capacity to take you from a stressful day to complete relaxation! Her Yin classes are some of the best I’ve attended!! Her calmness helps you get grounded, her knowledge of her specialized classes creates trust that she is there to take care of you!! I highly recommend her classes!!
