One of the best studios I have been to. I live in Calgary and was visiting and came here for a few hot yoga classes and it was fantastic. The studio has large change rooms and is an overall great space. I did a few different hot yoga classes and they have a great variety of instructors and different postures that they include in each class. It gets HOT so bring a towel and water. If you are in Moncton and looking for some yoga come here and you won’t regret it.

I lost the credit, I am hugely dissapointed. The class I initially booked was cancelled due to 10 cm snow. In the return they gave me 1 credit. When I tried to use it, the credit was expired! They did not reply to my email message about this issue. The classes are 5 start.

I love this studio, I live in NYC but whenever I visit my family in NB I try to practice here daily. It’s a beautiful, grounding space with wonderful amenities and great teachers. I went there during a trying time when my grandmother was very ill and it helped me through, you can feel the camaraderie of the community. Thank you for creating such a positive studio experience.
