The staff at the store are really welcoming and know the product they are selling . The manager was really helpful towards my question a had and I just went in to buy a shirt and a new water bottle . He gave me great feed back on a few product u sell at the store , also he gave me a few things I should be eating to help me build more muscle . Waited outside for 10 minutes watching 4 customers in the store (covid max is 3). One customer walked around with his mask hanging off of his ear the entire time. The staff didn't ask him to put it on properly and fee of them were wearing their properly. The non-mask wearing customer's girlfriend waited for him while three people stood outside. Three staff members saw us (direct eye contact). They did not smile, wave or in anyway acknowledge that we were there. All three of the customers waiting outside left. Very poor.

If the item I am looking for is not in stock, they will call me as soon as it comes in and even hold it for me if need be... I went into Popeye’s supplement store looking for something specific. I had asked at the other supplement stores, and either they did not give me any hope to get this product in, or they just didn’t bother to try. I walked into Popeye’s and was surprised to see an abundance of the product in multiple flavours! I was greeted in a friendly fashion, asked if I was looking for something specific and pointed in the right direction. I also bought a duffle bag promoting the store for my daughter to carry to her wrestling events and will be back for the 6 pack hard shell cooler!! I am very pleased with this store and will be a very loyal customer from this day forward!! They know how to treat a customer.

I'm generally a big fan of Popeyes. I couldn't find what I was looking for in this store though and despite there being 3 staff and only 2 customers, somehow after searching for about 10 minutes and no one offering to help, I just picked something else and went with it. Normally in Popeyes I find great service and usually enjoy testing out something new at their sample booth. Perhaps the staff here just need some training/development. **EDITED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS FROM OWNER BELOW** Q: Did you pick the supplement you needed? A: I wasn't able to find the exact supplement I was looking for and so I wanted to ask if they had any recommendations for something similar. I eventually picked something I had never tried mostly as a guess - because I was tired of waiting. Q: Was there a specific product you wanted to try? A: No, but I usually try one of the isolates they have at the sample station that I've never had. This often leads to a flavor I'll try that visit or perhaps next time. It's nice to be able to try before you buy... that's one of the reasons I've always shopped at Popeyes. Q: You also mentioned that the staff need some training and development. Did you ask any questions to the sales associates that they couldn’t answer? A: No. Didn't talk to the staff until I stood in line to check out. Q: We’re they acting professional around you and the other customer? A: Other than ignoring me (no greeting, no "I'll be with you in a moment", no offering to help, etc.). There was nothing unprofessional in particular... but when no one makes eye contact, offers to help, or acknowledges you when you've been standing around for several minutes, I would consider that more a 'customer service training' issue than a 'professionalism' issue. I appreciate the response. I would suggest though, that you offer a way for me to contact you next time as there isn't a way to reply to a reply of a review.

Super friendly and helpful staff, but some of the products / brands they carry are taking it a little too far with container to quantity ratio. This might be a great product, but after driving back to the store to exchange because the first one had expired 5 months ago, I was equally disappointed to open this one only to see it about half full, if that!! Nothing against the store / location really, but they should take stuff like this off the shelf or manufacturers should actually have container sizes that are somewhat representative of what you're actually getting.

I went yesterday to Popeye’s for the firs time. I don’t have a lot of experience with supplements. But I was very lucky to have Nick or Nate ( I honestly not sure how to spell his name)but he was Very helpful and explained everything to me very well and he was very friendly. Even I told him that English is not my first language, he still made it very clear for me and I got some protein and a pre workout for a great price. Thank you again Nick/ Nate!! And the store looked really nice and organized and have very good sales!

Went to popeyes in moncton, Chloe was her name i think, she helped me get everything i needed to start gaining muscle (I had trouble gaining before) if there was a sixth star i'd put it up there. Now i switched my post workout chocolate milk to power whey protein and it's been working amazingly!

Literally helped changed my life when I first met Nate @ the health and wellness Expo. Had a great chat and eventually made it to the store location and spent time talking products with Nate and the rest of the staff. They were all very knowledgeable and very eager to help and pass on healthy information...they helped me set my path withs and have made many improvements in my life and in my workout...wish all retail stores were as well run as Popeye's in Moncton..it's a pleasure every time I go in. Popeye’s has the highest quality supplements. I’m new to taking supplements, myself, however my bf researches the hell out of EVERYTHING and he believes Popeyes has the highest quality products on the market. He’s researched products sold at other retailers and finds they are much lesser quality. We prefer products with natural, organic, non-gmo ingredients. I’ve had protein powders in the past and they’ve never been very good. Anything I’ve tried from Popeyes tastes great! No after taste. He staff is super friendly and they know their products. I won’t buy my supplements anywhere else. I won’t consume just anything. My health is very important to me. I care about what I put into my body and I believe Popeye’s has the quality I’m looking for.
