I have been going to Vive clarkson for 5 months now. Alot of good people at the gym. Management is approachable if needed which is cool. They keep things clean which I love. My only complaints would be that they enforce the rules a little better in having people put back weights and having a better scale as the one doesnt seem to always work. Overall though it's a great gym and the downstairs area is awesome.

I have been a member at 8 other gyms before signing up at Vive - from $10/mo Planet Fitness to the $140/mo Toronto Athletic Club in the TD tower. I think that you really can't go wrong signing up at Vive , as there is a wide variety of modern and clean equipment, the staff are super friendly, and the price is just right in attracting good fellow gymgoers. The best part about this gym is the fact that it is 24/7 - I have no excuse to skip workouts and I can often have the entire place to myself outside of peak times. I am curious to see how this gym fares and is maintained as it ages. This gym has two levels - the first level has cardio equipment and both free and machine weights (incld. 3 squat racks). The equipment is clean and good quality - it will be interesting to see how the equipment fares as time goes on since this is a relatively new location. There is also a room with heavy and punching bags, a monkey bar, and miscellaneous cardio/agility equipment. The equipment is very clean, well maintained, and modern. There are also lockers and two bathrooms/showers that are well maintained. The second level has more free weights (3 more squat racks), battle ropes, and a turf strip with more agility equipment, two rowing machines, 2 bathrooms/showers, and a rolling sled (this thing is freaking fantastic). The equipment on this floor is also well maintained, and the space gives a more private feeling in case you do not like to work out in the open. I again would like to see how the equipment and space fares as time goes on. As for pricing, I think that the $50/month single membership fee is fair, and the $78/month for 2 person is a no-brainer. I personally have not tried any of the free classes included in the membership out, but the schedule is quite packed with a variety of stuff to try out! From my experience, staff are super friendly, and they are more than willing to listen and actually address any complaints you have (this is generally rare for gyms at and below this price level, believe it or not). I think my only concern would be seeing how they maintain this gym as it ages. If they can do this right, this might as well be the best gym for the price I've been to. If I'm going to be nitpicky, I think it would be beneficial if the staff increase the frequency of their periodic equipment checks to ensure that they are in top condition, as I've noted the agility ladder taped to the floor on the 1st floor has worn off for a while and the plastic agility ladder has a broken rung for a few months as well. The filter on the water fountain on the first floor is also in need of changing for a few weeks now. But again, this is me being nitpicky - does tap water really need to be filtered?

Overall great experience! Staff here are super friendly and knowledgable. The gym itself has a lot of equipment despite being a bit smaller than most gyms but everything is always clean and for the most part, it's not too busy so you feel like it's your own private gym. Plus it's 24 hours--you really can't go wrong for what you're paying. Highly recommend this gym!

I really like this location. The staff here are friendly, the crowd is a good blend of all age groups which makes for a very down to earth atmosphere. The price is a tad bit on the high side but the the 24/7 availability and the range of free classes makes up for it. My instructor, Myles(I took the training) was really good. He is knowledgeable, humble, and never pushed me too much. He knows body mechanics well (goes to school for it), helped me with the right stretches, and was flexible with the hours as well. The music selections could change every so often, though. Can get a bit repetitive. But I'm just being nitpicky. I like it nonetheless. Great place. Highly recommend it.

Nice gym. Initiation fee is quite high for a gym this size, but honestly there’s a lot that comes with the membership. You get access to a lot of different equipment, lessons, an hour of personal training. Personally I enjoy using the studios that they have.

This is a great gym in Clarkson! Much better than the big chain gyms in my opinion because it's never too packed so you can actually use the equipment without having to wait. It's always clean and the classes are amazing! The instructors really make it fun to work out and truly care about your progress. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a gym - from complete novice to fitness pro -there's something for everyone here!

I joined Vive Fitness for their fitness classes. As someone who wants to live an active, healthy lifestyle but doesn't have time to create my own workouts, the classes are great! The teachers are super friendly and motivating, and they push you to work harder to get the most out of your workout. My favourites are bootcamp, tabata, and zumba! What's also nice is the variety of classes they offer in the evening. As someone who works full time, I am able to attend a 6pm or 7pm class on the weekdays and each day is different! Class sizes are small enough that it feels like group training and people of all ages attend - very inclusive environment. Highly recommend!

I've been going here for a week and I've been very speculative due to the cost of a membership $50 a month however it is a 24/7 facility the machines are in great condition and still new of course. Staff don't pester you for personal training which is very common in the most gyms. it's clean and everyone pays the same price there's no cost-cutting between members at this facility. Ask for Darius.

Kudos to all the staff!! They are really friendly. They're all so accommodating when you need something. I recently got my membership and I cannot wait until they have hiit boxing and also other classes. This place feels like a second home. The private washrooms are fantastic and always clean. Theres always music which is nice when you forget your own music and earphones. I really like the vibe of this gym.!!! The number of machines are sufficient I would say. I just hope they have ankle straps! and smaller restraining bands to work by glutes! Also, for a girl, this place is located in a mildly remote area. Sometimes I get scared to go here especially at night when staff are gone after 8 pm. Nevertheless, this is a great gym!

I love the 24hour access and the fact that most of the classes are in the evening vs. during the day when most people are at work. I used to be always scared of gyms until I joined Vive fitness. Their Elite program is so good and economical. The personal training is so satisfying. I feel more strong after my every training session. Not much crowded. Hygenic and well maintained. Our trainer - Myles, who is very knowledgeable in terms of body forms make sure we don't use bad postures while exercising and guide us as many times needed along with monitoring heart rate while exercising using tracker. Myra is very helpul, she understands what we need and definitely provides us with the same.

After a while I signed up for personal training to make sure I was maxing my pump!!! :) Price was awesome with the group training. And Myles did an awesome job with me! Long story short. Good gym. Reasonable price and 24/7 access. Top floor is your typical gym with cardio, assisted weight training machines and a couple of squat racks. Basement is performance area with sled, a couple more squat racks, rowing machine, turf and spin bike. No battle ropes or kettlebells yet though. :-( They also have two studios, one of which is a few boxing/kickboxing bags. Reasonable for the price you pay. No group classes yet though.

Awesome facility! From the managers to the instructors, the classes to the equipment... ALL AMAZING! You’re always greeted with a hello and a smile when you walk in the door. There’s classes both mornings and evenings, 7 days a week. And I used to hate classes... now I’m doing Yoga, Zumba, Stretch and Flow, Kettlebell, etc. Also - The equipment still has that new car smell. Since joining Vive, I actually LOVE going to the gym instead of loathing it. Highly recommend joining this neighbourhood gym and becoming part of the Vive Family.

Amazing gym, Amazing equipment. The classes really sold me, I got a 7 day pass, and tried out boxing and it was amazing, intense, and very clean and professional. I have never been to a gym so clean, really. You have to check this place out. Another thing that I noticed was how friendly the staff is. I have been to a lot of gyms and normally the people behind the counter are so unmotivated and unhappy Alex is amazing. Great place, great atmosphere. It's basically like going to a fancy gym like lifetime, but paying a fraction of the price.

I've been going here for a few weeks now and love it. It's clean and I always see staff cleaning. There are a lot of machines and I've never had to wait to use one. One of the trainers, Jean Pierre, was very nice and knowledgable and answered all of my questions while not pressuring me to sign up for personal training. He also gave me some great tips and info on the machines which have already improved my workouts. Highly recommend it. Thank you!

One of my good decision to be the part of Vive Fitness truscott location. Everyone and everything up there is perfect. Elite training program is the one everyone's need seeking fitness. They provide the body tracker so that while workout we know how we doing about our heartrate and body details. Mayra is the one who got us in and Myles Abreo is our trainer. Both are best and i highly recommend the place.

I'll be honest I had a bad experience starting out at this place was promised a lot of things that weren't fulfilled but I found out that those people were not offering the company values after speaking with the owner Darius I got the real deal as far as the values and the rules are concerned I've been a member now for about 2 months and I'm quite happy it's not usually that busy the machines are quite new however so is the gym in the last month I've seen a couple machines out of order waiting for repair and they were like that for a few days however it's the summer and that can be difficult to get people in there to repair equipment I just chalk it up to availability overall it's a great place highly recommended for a good workout.

Great little gym that's part of a "start-up" chain... Great classes. This gym is small but the equipment is good and also unique... All the fun workout toys you can only get in the personal training area in other gyms are available here, like the big balls you throw or the battle ropes, etc... Yoga classes are included. The boxing classes are excellent too. Actually every class has been great. Highly recommended. No bs with contracts or cancellation, very up front.

One of the best small gyms I’ve ever attended. If you want a well equipped gym that is located nearby in Clarkson then this is the gym for you. Staff helpful when needed but otherwise leave you to your workout with no harassment.

Great service overall! I’m training with Jason and Mayra; getting in some killer workouts. I got a great meal plan as well... one month into the program; I’m seeing results! Was a little reluctant to join a gym due to COVID, however, these guys have got it under control with all the precautionary measures in place. Great music and awesome environment!

I've been going to this place since the start of the summer, all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming! The facilities are great as well, they have everything and it is all well-maintained. The small size is nice too- it feels like your own personal gym. Would definitely reccomend

He is very helpful since I don't have experience he has helped me build a routine, and different way to move correctly in exercise. I stumbled upon Vive at the end of COVID lockdown when I noticed they were running classes outdoors. What an amazing place! Always familiar faces, lots of equipment and space. Since they are open 24/7, it feels like there is never a "busy" time; always room to move and equipment available! Since falling in love with Vive as a member, I have joined as a part time instructor because I love their vision and I needed to be a part of it. I am also quite impressed with their personal trainers; although I never trained with one myself, the trainers always seem so dedicated and passionate. Whether you have the budget for a personal trainer or not, I highly recommend Vive!

What can I say, this place is unbelievable. Everything from the staff, to the equipment, and to the people who come here. The place is so clean, equipment is brand new, and the fact it's open 24 hours is great. Mayra also greats you with her big smile and instantly makes you feel like you're welcome and at home. Myles is a great personal trainer who really pushes you to your limits. 5 star ++++++

Great gym! The equipment is brand new and never out of service. Although it is small, they have everything you could need including classes. It is also never too busy which is a huge plus for me as I hate going to the gym when it's crowded and you have to wait for equipment. 10/10 would recommend. They offer a 7 day pass so it's very easy to try out!

I signed up here when the gym just opened. All the equipment is new, the gym is clean and they are well organized! I enjoyed the bootcamp classes as well as the stretching classes. All the instructors are amazing and very knowledgeable, I highly recommend this location.
