Great gym, not your typical generic commercial gym, everyone is help and courteous of the people around. Mike n Ron are great with any welcoming any concerns and get back to you really fast. John is really resourceful, knowledgeable and helpful. Best perk about this place is that it's 24x7/365 days..highly recommend if you are serious about your fitness goals.

Forge is the best. Mike and Ron provide a great atmosphere if you’re serious about your gains. They have all the equipment you need for average gym goers and boast an extensive array of equipment for experience power and Olympic weightlifters. There Head Trainer and Manager Big John Carden is one of the best in the business and is the other half of the reason why I’m a forge member. I’m very thankful they made it through the pandemic and are back open for business and recommended anyone looking to leave the commercial gym scene to check it out!!

Love everything about Forge. Their equipment is top notch! I was surprised to see certain things that commercial gyms don’t offer. Also, the owners are professional and have been more than accommodating whenever I ran into any issues. I love that everybody there maintains cleanliness throughout the facility too. Bonus: there’s no creeps that gawk at us girls while we workout lol. Can’t wait to train here again

Been to a lot of different Gyms this one is by far the best, everybody’s friendly, it’s got a great feel to it and the owner (Mike) is awesome always friendly and helps me out with any questions I got. Couple of weeks ago I left my external battery charger for my phone there one night and I left it behind, any other gym it would of been long gone but not here it got turned in and I picked it up 2 days later when I came back. All and all great place great people.

Great gym if you’re serious about lifting and getting into shape. The owner (Mike) is extremely accommodating and goes out of his way to make his members feel at home. Forge has an old school feel to it that motivates you to workout. Even though it has that old school fee to it Mike ensures his equipment is up to date, cleaned and organized neatly. It is also a key fob access gym which mean it is truly a 24/7 365 days a year gym.

LOVE & MISS THIS GYM! I recently moved out of the GTA and forced to switch gyms. Forge will be hard to replace. I started off at Forge as a "newbie" to the gym. The owner would actually take time out of his schedule to throughly explain how to use the equipment and teach me the proper form so that I wouldn't end up injured and get the most of my work out! Thanks to Forge I will be able to take this advice anywhere I go!

Trained here for years, amazing atmosphere to workout in. Lots of equipment, Mike is very professional and is always bringing new stuff in to improve the place. Plus, you can't beat the 24/7 access. Nothing worse than needing to train and realizing your gym's closed.
