Very friendly staff, good price for a membership and offers a lot of different activities, excellent choices for cardio, tanning, sauna, free weights and machines. Clean, spacious, tonnes of exercise equipment which is awesome because you don't have to WAIT for machines. She's a pretty wicked gym I'm saying, you won't be disappointed if you join. Lot's of options for a memberships and they usually have a deal of some sort on. Come on and get healthy!

Pretty old gym so the equipment is well used but it gets the job done. It has a nice separate part for women which I found very nice!

Huge gym but very outdated equipment and alot of the machines padding is torn or broken. Runs 24/7 which is a plus but the competition in miramichi has alot more to offer then Yvon. On a positive note they have a good set up for tanning.

If you aren't a member and simply in town visiting the hours that there are staff are terrible. Unable to get into the gym until 9am.
