Carol has developed her own style of instruction which has set her apart from other classes. She is knowledgeable and shares that knowledge in every class. Carol demonstrates various versions of a posture so I can easily adapt to my level of skill, or energy that day. Carol’s passion and investment in her teaching is evident in her own development as an instructor and in the continual enhancements she brings to class. Thank you Carol for sharing your skill and wisdom with me. It is my “intention” to take the time, for it has improved my health and well being.

I started my yoga journey in January of 2021 after spending time in lock down. Feeling tired, sluggish and experiencing stiff joints. I was somewhat apprehensive to start practicing yoga - trying some poses really intimidating. Carol put us at ease right away. Starting slow, allowing progress at a good and gentle pace. Seven moths later I have more strength and flexibility and I feel so much better. Thank you Carol your sessions are just awesome.
