I love the variety of classes offered. Whether it’s power yoga, yin, or restorative, Salli and her team of instructors make each class a wonderful experience. The meditation yoga class is a great addition to the schedule!

Yoga You4ia is truly the BEST yoga studio in the city!! SallI and all of the certified instructors are VERY friendly and qualified. I love the warm and caring and positive atmosphere. An excellent way to get some great stretching and good core workout. Another bonus is it is great for your mind. GREAT JOBS GIRL!!

I enjoy the yoga instruction at You4ia but will not be going back as I did not have the best experience paying for a drop in fee the other day -The Owner wasn't the most professional during it, and did not make me feel like a valued customer.

Instructors all have their unique styles and so much to offer. I am super grateful I signed up to try it for 1 year (4 years ago) and have not regretted it once. Virtual or in studio! Thank you Salli for being you and providing a safe and welcoming space.
