The one on one training was such an excellent experience. Made me feel much more comfortable and at ease when thinking about going back to the gym knowing I now know what I'm doing. Alicia is so great and so easy to communicate with. Worked around my schedule and accommodated me on days I needed to make work. 10/10 would recommend The Pound!
