The Medicine Hat Southridge YMCA is a great place for sports and fitness. There is a running track, weight room, exercise machines, a gym and fitness classes. The place is nice and clean and there is no extra charge for a lock.

I recommend kindergym on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays at 10. Kids can run around and burn off energy while socializing and making new friends. Only $2 or free with membership.

Great gymnasium. The workout area is pretty small and often over crowded. Staff are usually pretty nice and keep the place tidy. Perfect if you want to play basketball or other gymnasium sports

It’s not too bad, combined with the YMCA downtown you’ve got all the equipment/tools you want for exercise. Could use improvements but I can’t think right now.

This facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. There fitness trainer is knowledgeable and qualified. It will be a 4 plus star when the expansion is complete.
