This gym is big and they do a good job at keeping it clean. The trainers aren't always harassing you to buy packages like other locations. Great selection of equipment. Although, it's not always maintained that well. Great crowd of regulars that are helpful and friendly. Good people, good service and good experience. Definitely recommend.

Great gym with plenty of equipment. However, I won't recommend anyone to their personal trainers because their trainers look like they need trainers. It takes more than a certificate to be a personal trainer.

Yearly memberships are quite pricey.. This gym Gets VERY crowded around 6pm.. Very good equipment. Pretty clean.

This is one of the best gyms by far! Super clean and tones of equipment so you are never left waiting. Their group fitness classes are amazing and the instructors will keep you motivated. Love it!

I use to think it could be a little cleaner but that has significantly improved over the past year ???? The gym is big and there is lots of room and tons of machines to use. Staff is friendly and helpful. The fact that Goodlife is open 24 hours a day is a huge plus!

All in all, this goodlife location is decent. Coming from Calgary, this location cleans regularly, always tidy and the locker rooms are kept up. The poor rating is for the company itself. Covid has been tough for everything.. I get it but goodlife has dropped the ball and lost my business and others I know. First, they are not 24/hr anymore. It’s been over a year and still have short hours but our membership fees have stayed the same. There is no restriction on being open 24/hr for a rec facility. Just a cost savings move on goodlifes part. Second, why a national company would isolate so many people by refusing their business unless their vaccinated is beyond me. Every other gym I inquired with has gone with the capacity route, not the immunization regulations. Unfortunately after 3 years with goodlife and overall good experience, it ended today. I’m all for looking out for each other but I’m drawing a line with companies forcing hands on my health. Normally I wouldn’t bother writing a review with my beliefs tied to it, but if their going to give us ultimatums then this should be expected. Just know, there’s other options out there for gyms that don’t get involved in politics and offer you ultimatums.

Staff are friendly, everything is clean and maintained. That being said, I went to cancel early because I can not afford the membership currently. When I signed the contract I was told I had a $100 cancelation fee, now they have increased the early cancellation fee to $240, this is not a good (or legal) business practice. I won't be going back, and wouldn't recommend anyone else sign up because of their sketchy business tactics..

A good gym. It’s clean, has lots of equipment and my wife and I enjoy the virtual classes. After being to a few other Goodlife locations this one is a little small and not as well equipped - but, it’s still a good experience.

I will never attend this Gym because of remarks posted on CHAT Facebook by employee Jeff Schwindt. He obviously does not care about the covid-19 crisis that Medicine Hat is currently dealing with and as such I would never feel safe in this business.

Fantastic gym, clean, not over busy so you don't have to wait on machines, lots of space and all equipment is well maintained. Clean and large change rooms with tons of locker space. Plenty of clean, fresh filtered water to boot. When I visit Medicine Hat, I make a point of working out at this fine club. Staff is friendly and keep the place well maintained at all times. Memberships are valid in all other locations which is a super feature in my experience. This provides flexibility and variety which is a real bonus when you are tired of visiting the same gym every time. I highly recommend GoodLife Medicine Hat.

Great and new place. It has a great variety of machines to work out. Has showers and sauna. Friendly and helpful staff. Can be crowded in the evening. You can access personal training spinning or dancing. There is a day care available and you can also ask for towels.

Got a day pass because I’m from Calgary only here for a couple months, just to see how it is. Was thinking of getting a month pass but when they charged me 26.25 for a day pass I was shocked I have never paid more than 15 bucks for a day pass that is crazy!!!!! looks like I’m going to the Y.rip off!!!!!
