Took the kids in for the homeschooling Crossfit class. Kaine gives them a good little workout while keeping it fun. Good, clean facility. Kids can't wait to go back. Highly recommend.

Love this place! I came home for Christmas break and it got a little extended, Kaine and Brittney were extremely accommodating with unknown schedule in regards to my membership. Kaine is an awesome coach and is very helpful in making each workout accommodating to your training level. I am fairly new to Crossfit and felt very confident each workout in knowing I wouldn't`t feel the workout was out of my skill level. I will be back anytime I'm in town!

Love this place! Everyone there is so encouraging and helpful. Kaine is an amazing coach who worked with me when I had an injury and wanted to get back into working out. He always helped me modify my workouts if needed but still made sure I was pushing myself. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

I love the sense of community and I always have so much fun at each class! Kaine is great at scaling the workouts to meet me where I am at and he always checks in throughout the make sure I am doing well! I would highly recommend Gas City Crossfit!

Best gym I’ve ever attended. They take the time to explain movements and make sure that you are using proper form. Great coaches who really care about their members. This gym helped me lose over 55 lbs and I couldn’t recommend it more.

I have been going to this gym for 8 years and wouldn’t know what to do without it and the people there. Kaine is an awesome coach and can make any workout adjustable to any age and fitness level. I’m 53 and proud of what I have accomplished at this gym and how it makes me feel. And the whole community of people that go there have become like family. Great atmosphere!
