This last New Year's eve I was enjoying a conversation with some friends I usually see on NYE, and the talk turned to aging, injuries etc. the general consensus among my friends my age is that they are all feeling an increased fear of injuries, slipping on ice, etc. That their aging bodies aren't as resilient as they used to be. Honestly I didn't feel the same. A year of consistent F45 and I feel stronger than ever. No I can't fit into my pre-motherhood jeans but my body is definitely not the enemy! The variety of exercises and continuous opportunity for gradual improvement have been a huge benefit. I can't recommend F45 enough.

I’m not a gym person but F45 has truly been life changing. I love going! You will be challenged and will work your butt off but it will be the place you want to be. The trainers are incredibly encouraging, will help you through any questions or concerns and make sure that you are successful. They truly want you to succeed!

I love working out here! Even though it's a group setting it feels like a personal training experience. The trainers here are outstanding and highly engaged/motivated, making the workouts really effective yet fun. It's a super efficient way to burn 500+ calories in 45 minutes.
