Stronghold has the most welcoming community of any gym I've been to. From absolute beginner to experienced lifter, everyone has been so friendly! Plus Stronghold has the best powerlifting equipment in the city - a combo racks and a full Eleiko set.

Stronghold makes anyone feel welcome whether you’ve been powerlifting for years, or have yet to touch a barbell. The owner is extremely nice and always there to help. The gym is clean and the equipment is some of the best in the province. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Stronghold Titan is an amazing gym filled with everything from beginner lifters to members that have been powerlifting for years. Ran by an awesome guy named Kev who's extremely helpful. I recommend this gym to anyone interested in powerlifting, weightlifting or bodybuilding. It has some of the best powerlifters in Manitoba under its roof and the environment is open, friendly, and always looking to help out another lifter.
