The place looks okay and the instructors are patient. This said, the program instruction is inconsistent; children are sometimes shown what to do and other times they are not. Often children will repeat a mistake over and over not because of a limitation on their part but rather a seeming disinterest in correction. Often a demonstration will be carried out without much concern for who can and cannot see, exacerbating the problem. The actual regimen also jumps all over the place with more difficult tasks introduced when only a handful of kids has accomplished the previous task. Swimming, karate, skating, hockey, soccer all have a planned progression. I suspect this Parkour is too new to have this? Not sure. Nonetheless, my kids enjoy it so it accomplishes that.

Awesome place for kids and adults alike. My 9yr looooves coming here, and so do my husband and I. Very clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Lots of equipment available. Highly recommend!

Awesome facility!! Great to have all the different service available. Massage, PT, AT, classes, personal training and more! The parkour and ninja warrior course is awesome! Great place to host birthday parties for kids too.

The the owners create a very comfortable and fun atmosphere. Trainers are highly experienced and know how to motivate even the most die-hard couch potato.

Booked a birthday party for my seven year old daughter and it was awesome! The instructor was very patient with the kids and helped them 'train' and then 'compete' on a ninja warrior course (customized to their skill level). They had a separate room with a fridge and allowed us to bring in our own food. Afterwards, the kids were given free time to try any obstacle and no one wanted to leave. WE LOVED IT!

Friendly staff, clean surroundings. Had a children's party here and was impressed with the level of supervision, knowledge of the staff and the cleanliness of the fascility. Liisa was fantastic to speak with and was flexible and accommodating when booking. Our kids from 7 to 12 had a blast and are begging to go back! And this is a place id love to take.them.back to!

Great full service facility including personal training, massage/athletic therapy, group fitness. Awesome parkour course and way more fun than your standard cardio equipment/weight gym! Owners are trainers as well. They are very hands on - their passion for health, wellness & fitness and care for their clients bleeds through.
