I started at Pan am last week, and have had nothing but great experiences! I am not in shape at all, and was worried about just jumping into a class, and being way behind everyone else in the skill set. I was amazed with how helpful and attentive all 4 different instructors I've had have been to each student in the class, and how easy they can modify their workouts for someone like me. I left the 645am class today, thinking I might go back again for the 630pm. If you are looking to get in shape, loose some weight, or gain some muscle, I would highly recommend!

Wow, what an intense workout! Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, the participants are welcoming and friendly. I’ve only had Tom as an instructor so far and he is: nice right before and after the workout (“it’s a beautiful day!”) and quite intense, motivating and supportive during the workout! He always wants his participants to push themselves to give it all they got! Highly recommend Pan Am Boxing Club!

Been a member for over 10 years, it's like no other gym I have been to before. While you are there for yourself, the coaches and members love to engage with you during and after classes. It has a great community and I highly recommend you try it out!

Very professional and friendly staff in the gym. Gym itself hes 3 floors where u can find boxing room, weight room and spin room. Highly recommend it if u wanna get good workout ???? ????
