Beautiful and Welcoming! Ignite thought of everything when they designed the space for clients. So many little touches went into the studio; cold lemongrass towels, complimentary vanity items, free coffee and snacks after the early morning workout. It is very spacious and bright with plenty of lockers to store your items. They have two different lounge areas for clients to socialize in before or after classes. There is also a selfie wall to take pictures after your sweaty workout! There are 4 private washrooms that are massive and a vanity area that is still very private. I was able to take both the strength and cycle classes during their opening weekend and I was incredibly impressed with the level of fitness knowledge from the instructors as well as how fun it was! The cycle room is really big with lots of space between bikes. They have a really incredible lighting system and two cycle formats! The sound system is the best I have ever heard at a studio! A member of the team helped to set up my bike welcomed me to the studio and made me feel like I was part of the family. The strength class was amazing, challenging and exactly what I wanted in a strength class! The classes are definitely led by a team of exercise professionals who are fully certified and know proper body mechanics. Ignite is a huge addition to Winnipeg's boutique fitness scene and I can't wait to go back!

I've taken almost every class available and they're all top notch. The spacious layout doesn't leave you feelibg cramped at any point. The design is subtle, welcoming and encouraging- everything you want in a gym without being over the top or too precious. Plenty of lockers to store items. The changerooms/bathrooms/showers are also pretty impressive. The classes are all challenging and I love that I can find a metric or rhythm ride in the same location as strength classes as well. It's almost a one stop fitness shop.

I was super excited when a ignite opened in Winnipeg. I love that they provide options for cycling and strength under one membership! Although I was sad they had to temporarily close their studio during the quarantine, I was pumped to join in on their 21 day challenge online. The Ignite instructors are so enthusiastic and friendly. They really made me feel welcome and confident that I was doing everything right! I would highly recommend Ignite Cycle & Strength to anyone who is looking to challenge themselves in a friendly, community focused environment. Oh, and their space is really amazing too, but I might be a little biased about that ;)

Ignite is so welcoming. The set up is perfect for getting in and getting your cycle or your strength class done. There's tons of free parking, it's easy to get to from anywhere in the city. The staff make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. The equipment is top notch, the studios are kept clean, and they are ready for you to sweat it out. None of your time is spent setting up or taking down workout equipment. It's all ready for you the minute you walk in the cycle or strength studio. You get to sweat it out, and feel great when you're done.Then you can freshen up in spacious, clean, bright, private showers. Or, hang around on the comfy couches if you aren't rushing away. Ignite... Winnipeg needs you! Welcome here.
