This gym is clean and well air conditioned - gym staff periodically wipes down the equipment due to COVID-19. There is a nice array of good equipment including weight lifting equipment (several squat racks and three complete cable machines, for example) and a number of cardio machines. Fewer pieces of equipment are available at this time, but that is due to Covid, and completely out of the hands of the gym’s management (looking forward to saunas being available for use!). The space is well lit, air conditioned, newly renovated, and reasonably spacious. If you prefer a quiet gym, attendance is low at the beginning of the work day, seeing as the gym is largely frequented by those working in the nearby office buildings (peak times are around the lunch hour and around 4:30/5:00pm). The staff is courteous and always willing to help. I love this gym!!!

Great new facility, spotless clean, lots of natural light, fresh air, and brand new equipment! the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the manager is fantastic. *****Edit... 2 months later***** 5 star rating maintained! The staff say hello to me by name every morning, more members are starting to come through the doors as more people are starting to work again. The gym is always spotless. This is my gym, I feel at home here. I will recommend this place to anyone who asks!

Love this location and staff… A great diverse team. I used to go to Grant Park and occasionally Regent or Kenaston… but the downtown location is rarely busy

Ok so fair enough you charged my account and sent notice the my membership was unfrozen. NOT fair is when I cancelled 5 days after and you tried to pull funds out of my account again. I hope your bank charged you fees like mine. shady business practices I was going to come back when the gym closet to was finished but I don't deal with company's who treat long time customers this way...bye bye

Members of staff harassing clients (selectively) for working out at 8, not 10 feet away from each other. At the same time the same staff are chatting among themselves at arm's length and walking around with the prospective clients 2 feet away. Will try to avoid the 330 Main club as much as possible, other Goodlife branches are way more customer-friendly.
