Calvert Fitness has really got me in shape, with an easy-to-follow program, and a great app for managing your activities and tracking your progress. I’ve now formed healthy habits to keep physically active. By tracking my food intake, I really got a better understanding of portions/measurements and the impacts my food choices make. That said, I really didn’t have to change my diet very much – I can still eat the foods that I want and follow the program. Thanks Mitch!

Mitch Calvert is a man who knows what he is talking about, he perfected his program while doing it himself. The progam is great as long as you are accountable to yourself. To share a comment I made: "I know I couldn't do it without you because I didn't!". No matter your goals, if you need process and plan and accountability then Mitch and Abby are your go to solution. I set 3 goals for my first 3 months and met them all. I created the goals with Mitch to make sure they were realistic, appropriate, and attainable. Now after 3 months I am going back to the beginning to set new goals, fire up the 2nd phase of transforming my life, and get back at it! Trust me on this... if I can do it in this season of my life then anyone can do it. What's stopping you? (spoiler alert - they will help you figure that out!)

Worth every penny. He puts you on a one way path to health. Flustered parents program was a fun activity at Xmas since it was a surprise everyday that I could control in contrast to the other surprises during Covid Xmas. Today kid thanked me for dragging her out of bed to go skiing. Lost more than 50 pounds and improved quality of my life more than 100 percent. Probably increased quantity of life.
