I was not able to reach the head office easily just to got me someone to finally reach out toato wasme..I. I sent email and got only an automatic response asking to visit their website... It took 2 emails to finally got someone called me to be told by World Gym Sherbrooke employee that I wasn't the first one to move away and I just had to pay the fees... Otherwise I should try again to reach out to the head office! Plus they made me pay an additional 20$ in July for "keeping my monthly fees as low as possible"... I will never recommend it to anyone...

Ok experience so far nothing special. I self train and find it odd that an entire very much empty section is dedicated to people with trainers only. I'd understand if the space was needed but when it's empty not allowing everyone to gain access to the machines and the space is in my opinion not a great use of space. Also not everyone has or needs a trainer so people who just need a space to do free workouts should be allowed a space where they can workout as it's unfortunately not something everyone has at home. I also am not a fan of the amount of cameras in the changing room as I've never seen anything like that in any other gym and it makes me a bit uncomfortable since I don't know who actually has access to all those cameras. Last but not least, I used to workout early in the morning but had to change my schedule because the janitor (male janitor) was giving me the creeps with the stares... So i prefer going when its a bit more busy now. Overall not having the best experience but on a positive note I appreciate the opening hours they give great flexibility for busy people.

La situation COVID n’est pas facile à gérer et ils font de le mieux pour que cela reste un environment sécuritaire. Durant la fermeture, ils offrent des services personnalisés sur rdv uniquement pour les gens dans le besoin. Ce n’est pas une activité illégale, le service de police de Sherbrooke est bien au courant de la situation. Plusieurs jugent alors qu’ils ne sont pas abonnés ni même entrés dans le gym pour voir ce qu’il se passe réellement … N’oublions pas que la fermeture est une mesure prise par le gouvernement et non eux autres !
