Just a really great gym. Great hours. Alan the owner is just the best. Truly recommend this gym highly. Can’t wait to go back once our government lock-down is over to have Alan help me with my knee problem!

Fantastic small town gym. Owners and Employees care about their clientele, are super friendly, nice and helpful. Everyone I've met at the gym has also been friendly and supportive. Has all the equipment you need for a great workout. Highly recommended if you are in the area!

Operating hours are horrible. Not a bad little gym but they're never open. This is before the pandemic the operating hours have been horrible. Just so you know Jessica Brown. Posting on Facebook and calling people Knuckleheads Is very childish.

My husband and I have been going to Athletica for a few years. This is really a great gym, the facility is bright and clean with great equipment and a professional environment. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rates are very affordable. Alan, the owner is a great coach and a great person. He wants to see you succeed and is very passionate. We highly recommend this gym if you are in the area of the Eastern Townships.

If you’re looking for a friendly family run gym in the area this is it. Lots of opportunities for running, cycling, XC skiing etc. in the immediate vicinity as well if you want to mix things up.
