After talking to the manager the receptionist came back and wanted to pay for all 3 months at once. I find it not accommodating, Am really disappointed

Le hic, je n’ai jamais vu personne faire le ménage. J’ai vu l’employé de réception passer le balais devant son environnement de travail. Par contre, jamais le plancher du gym n’a été balayé ou lavé. Dans les salles de bains des hommes, il n’y a pas toujours de papiers de toilettes. Une partie des cases sont très rouillées. Les douches sont insalubres. Les miroirs n’ont jamais été lavé depuis que j’y suis (7-8 mois). Un des couverts de toilette des hommes a tellement eu d’urine sans être nettoyé que l’urine y est collé, le couverts est devenu granuleux et la moitié des néons sont brûlé. Bref aucun entretien du gym

I would never take my shower there, it's dirty. As I said, I arrive at 8am in the morning and often the cloakroom is already dirty and the toilet paper is often empty ... No shoe rack at the entrance, so the winter the floor of the cloakroom is full of water. Also, if you train in the morning in winter, bring you a coat because it is 14 degrees. Despite several complaints from morning users, the owner does not care. Can not have a trial period, you pay $ 15 each time. Unable to bring a friend to the occasion that could give him the taste to register, he will pay $ 15 too. No zone to do a little functional training. Beaucoup de poids libres, rarement tu va attendre pour une paire de poids. Belle clientèle respectueuse qui se ramasse. Bernard, l'entraineur sur place est très sympathique et il n'hésite pas à répondre aux questions, même si tu n'es pas en privé avec lui. Négatif : Incroyablement malpropre. Il y a de la poussière partout et les machines sont très sales. J'ai fait l'erreur de faire des ''push-up'' par terre une fois et mes mains sont devenues instantanément noir de saleté. Aucune rénovation dans les vestiaires depuis 30 ans. Jamais je ne prendrais ma douche là, c'est sale. Comme j'ai dit, j'arrive à 8h le matin et souvent le vestiaire est déjà sale et le papier de toilette est souvent vide... Pas de rack à souliers à l'entrée, donc l'hiver le plancher du vestiaire est plein d'eau. Aussi, si tu t'entraines le matin l'hiver, amène toi un manteau car il fait 14 degrés. Malgré plusieurs plaintes des usagers du matin, le propriétaire s'en fou. Impossible d'avoir une période d'essaie, tu paies 15$ à chaque fois. Impossible d'amener un ami à l'occasion qui pourrait lui donner le goût de s'inscrire, il va payer 15$ aussi. Pas de zone pour faire un peu d'entrainement fonctionnel. Il y a un zone d'abdos d'environ 40 pieds carrés, c'est minuscule. Pas le droit de remplir ta bouteille d'eau à l'abreuvoir, tu dois aller dans le lavabo du vestiaire? Un des règlement de gym les plus ridicule que j'ai vu. Bref, acheter des bons appareils quand tu as un gym c'est facile. Créer une belle ambiance avec un peu de service et nettoyer l'endroit, ça l'air que c'est plus difficile. Malheureusement, c'est un non pour moi.

This is the 4th gym in which I am registered and it is the one I prefer! It's big, lots of space for weight training and free weights. There is also a large selection of machines. It is not busy like many other places "at a discount" so we have access to the weight and machine without having to wait. There is no group class if that's what you're looking for. Il n’y a pas de site web donc il faut se déplacer pour connaître les coûts des abonnements. C’est le 4 e gym dans lequel je suis inscrite et c’est celui je préfère ! Il est grand, beaucoup d’espace pour la musculation et poids libres. Il y a aussi un grand choix de machines. Il n’est pas achalandé comme plusieurs autre endroit « à rabais » donc on a accès au poids et machine sans devoir attendre. Il n’y a pas de cours de groupe si c’est ce que vous rechercher. Le prix est très bon.
