I made an appointment with a trainer, on the other hand as my Quebec package was a level 2 trainer they took the package I had just bought because it gave me a level 1 trainer. Long story short, my subscription ended and I finally wanted to be reimbursed for my pass in 7 days because in my opinion it was not used. They told me that there is no refund and that I have a package that I must refund in full despite what I already had in the bank. The story shoots at the customer service department who never respond then the center calls me constantly to tell me to call back the person at the customer center. Never had any news left messages, and to my surprise I received a call from a collection agency, very very disappointed, no one took the trouble to listen to me, each time I have to explain, I had finished paying my subscription in full and they are asking me to pay for a service that I have never used and that I am no longer a member. Be very careful before purchasing this kind of package. J'ai pris un rendez-vous avec un entrainneur, par contre comme mon forfait de quebec était un entrainneur de niveau 2 ils ont pigé dans le forfait que je venait juste d'acheter car il me donnait un entrainneur de niveau 1. Longue histoire courte, mon abbonnement fini et je en 7 jours je voulais finalement me faire rembourser mon forfait car selon moi elle n'était pas utilisé. Ils m'ont dit qu'il y a pas de remboursement et que j'avait un forfait que je dois rembourser au complet malgré ce que j'avait déjaa en banque. L'histoire tire a département de service a la clientèle qui ne répondent jamais ensuite le centre m'appelle constamant pour me dire de rappeler la personne au centre client. Jamais eu de nouvelles laisse des messages, et a ma grandde surprise je recois un appel d'une agence de recouvrement, très très decu, personne a pris la peine de m'écouter, a chaque fois il faut que je re explique, j'avait fini de payer mon abonnement au complet et la ils me demande de payer pour un service que j'ai jamais utilisé et que je ne suis plus membre. Faites très attention avant d'acheter ce genre de forfait.

I deal with a trainer and I also use the dietitian's service, and for one, I couldn't have been better served. For the machines it's not complicated, I never had to wait for anything. Plus, the parking lot is huge across the street, and I never had to waste my time looking for a place to park. Really happy to have done business with the Nautilus Plus from Longueuil, a big bravo. And thank you. (Original) On m’a dit que c’est le plus petit (ou l’un des plus petits) de tout les Nautilus Plus, mais je crois que c’est en revanche le moins achalandé. Le staff est très courtois et surtout très professionnelle. Je fais affaire avec un entraîneur et j’utilise aussi le service de la diététicienne, et pour ma part, je n’aurais pas pus être mieux servi. Pour les machines, c’est pas compliqué, j’ai jamais eu à attendre pour quoi que ce soit. De plus, le stationnement est immense de l’autre côté de la rue, et je n’ai jamais eu non plus à perdre mon temps à chercher une place pour me stationner. Vraiment content d’avoir fait affaire avec le Nautilus Plus de Longueuil, un gros bravo. Et merci.

Great place, very equipped! The customer service is great and the place is often empty or has only a few people training. I came during different times of day and never was too many people working out. If you’re a beginner and are scared of crowded gyms, I would highly suggest you come here where people are always nice and mind their own business, unlike other cheaper gyms that I’ve experienced.
